After being told it wasn't a problem because and she it would be sent over to the pharmacy. THEN a blonde doctor came in and without looking at my current prescription history and not asking any background she wouldn't help even with 2-3 day prescription (if I was drug seeker a small dose for $176 office visit doesn't scream drug seeking behavior to me. The script was due for new refill 4 days ago. I've been prescribed this for mental health and nerve damage for a year, it's a Scheduled 5 refill just even a partial prescription, I was out 4 days ago and they could have helped with a 3 day supply even. I had months of documentation of is being prescribed this medication all at the same pharmacy cvs with the same Dr. so I wasn't trying then some other dr came in and made me feel like worst than dirt and wouldnt prescribe a schedule V refill. I never have written a bad review ever and for me to go to this trouble let's you know It was horrible and I all I can say is I pray for her but that was really hurtful and hard on me. P.S. I called their office, and talked to them and got a break down of all the prices without insurance before I even sent my hunny in with his lab work. They quoted me LESS THAN $200 for everything, and I thought oh wow that's way cheaper than the hospital and the reviews aren't the best, but some are good so we're like ok we'll just go here. My hunny showed up to get his blood drawn, no computers in the entire building were working. Waited there for hours and they couldn't get anything to work. Their computers werent working, their Wi-Fi wasn't working, lights weren't all working, and he waited patiently as they said they couldn't find what they needed and had to fill it all out by hand. Didn't have the best experience, but thought okay that's not absolutely horrible, it's way cheaper than hospital so we'll deal to save money.. WRONG!!! We get our bill way later, and even though they quoted me LESS THAN $200, I get a bill for almost $500!! I was so upset, I called to talk to them and I was nothing but nice, then I got a little frustrated so I said how is that fair, how is that right? That you quoted me $200 so I go there instead of the hospital and get it done and I get a bill for almost triple the amount? The same as the hospital?? That's not ok. How is this ok?? And on top of that it was a week later, and I didn't see any of his results and I had to call to get them released to me. The lady was very very rude and disrespectful. But eventually, she said okay how about $200, is that okay? And I'm like well yeah that's what you originally quoted me, Im thinking I mean it's like $30 more but sure fine thinking I don't want to deal with this so it's worth it. So I paid it, and asked if she could send me a receipt stating that I paid off the entire balance and she said yes. So over a week later, we get a bill in the mail saying we payed $200 on it and that I owe another $300!?! Are you kidding me??? And to make matters even worse, it's well over two weeks later and his doctor STILL doesn't even have any of his results!!! What's going on?! HOW are they still in business!? HOW is this ok???? BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!
