For a year, no one call back with questions I have. The people who answer the phones 24/7 are all over the country taking these calls while sitting at home and know absolutely nothing. I went there a few months ago to have my ear cleaned out and the nurse couldn't get anything out, so I had to go home and get the earwax out myself. I have an appt. For tomorrow and wanted to make sure the vaccines I need are available. Of course the lady said she didn't know and someone would call me back by 5pm. Of course, no one called, so I will cancel the appt. and get the vaccines at Walgreens. They are also horrible about refilling prescriptions. They kept declining a nasal spray (which can be had OTC), on the 3rd request they finally approved it. If you want to see your records, you have to use the CVS app, not Oak Street. If you want a real run around and confusing mess, come here. If you want a good experience, DON'T come here. If I could rate less than 0 stars, I would. They are not worthy of 1 star! Also, if you've ever seen their ads, there is some old guy dancing around like he's 30 and saying he feels so good because of care at Oak Street, don't believe any of it. The Oak Street I go to on,Washington St. In Fort Wayne has a waiting room full of folks ready to check out, so their ad is propaganda and extremely misleading!

I do not feel they listen well, have been treated rudely, and have gotten my appointments wrong multiple times- at times I have taken the day off work to enjoy a massage to learn it was not scheduled- or rescheduled an appointment within the 24 hour window and still get a call asking if I am coming to my appointment. I am patient and understanding but the amount of times this has happened to me is in a word- ridiculous. I am not sure if I will continue because I have no sense of security of what I have scheduled is actually scheduled. **I tried to write this on their actual page and kept receiving an error--hmm-- guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Should have had 15 mcg got 150mcg. Staff won't provide the documentation. Was told they don't work for Dr Gladd they work for God. Scheduled appointment and nurse practitioner didn't show. Said I should have called her on her cell phone. My experience showed that it is all about money and not one concern for client care. Hands off approach to aiding someone who needs help the most. Dr has know about the matter for days and no response as well.
