There were two people in front of me which is fine. The lady working at the register wasn't wearing a mask and she was talking on the phone while servicing customers, which caused her to move extremely slow. I finally get to the front after several minutes to pick up an order only for her to rudely tell me she couldn't help me and I had to talk to her coworker. I asked since I waited in line for so long if she could just hand me the order and I'll go. She just kept pointing for me to go elsewhere to talk to her coworker. I know why I couldn't pick up the order, they hadn't even started on it. Apparently slow service is a store trait because the coworker moved slow as well. The order consisted of 5 items, all located in the same area of the store, so why did I have to wait 15+ minutes. And the coworker got rude with me when I asked him for a separate bag to put two of the items. Overall, the experience was terrible and I would not venture back.

I purchased fruit from this 7-Eleven around midnight while on my way home after seeing my friend. I planned to eat the fruit the next morning, but my mom accidentally knocked the bag from the shelf. I hadn't opened it, so one would think it to be in tact because you the seals on the side were there. However, the top came off and it smelled like vinegar. I called about returning it, but the guy couldn't seem to understand me. My mom called and he did the same until she asked for the manager, then he said I could come. I got there and the guy at the register (who sounded like the guy on the phone) was back to acting confused. Either it was him or this was their norm. He asked if I wanted a refund. I said I just wanted an exchange. He told me to hold on and took two guests. I waited patiently. He still kept repeating, "Did it fall? I can't give you your money back." Again, I requested an exchange. He kept questioning. I told him my mother had just called and even put her on speaker. This was too much. I asked for corporate's phone number. He called over a different coworker. I told the coworker that this was too much for a $5 Fruit Cup and I didn't want an exchange anymore and would never return. Again, "Did you drop it?" and "Where is the fruit now?" I pointed him to the counter. He offered an exchange because I didn't have my receipt. That was what I kept asking for. But I told him at this point, I only wanted the number to corporate. He gave me a paper. When I walked out I realized it was only a stranger's receipt with the store number at the top. I went back in and let him know. He told me I would have to google it. And so I will. BEWARE THIS LOCATION!!!

I solely came here to purchase ice. In short, I should have went elsewhere instead of having to waste my time. Coming here, the parking lot is truly congested. No matter what happens here, you will most likely be cursing because of the congestion in the parking lot. Go inside and search for ice. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.
