But we surely have our favorite employees because they have always shown us amazing service and sweet and very helpful .the Lakeland one is always kept clean Now the only problem I can even think of is the Mt dew needs extra attention sometimes and takes awhile to get it just right again but other wise I will choose Lakeland Dr over any of them

I visited this location around 5:10 PM to purchase $50 in gas and a box of Newport Short Menthols. The cashier, Cheyenne, said the cigarettes were $7.77 per pack with the app. I downloaded it, she confirmed I had a $10 credit, but it didn't apply. I paid anyway. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged $92.29, with only a $7.50 discount. I went back in and calmly asked about it. Cheyenne said the promo didn't apply to full boxes, only two packs. I asked to return the box and buy two packs instead. She processed the return, rang up the two packs, but again the price was wrong. I pointed out the error, and she admitted her mistake. She then said the $10 credit was now working, so I agreed to repurchase the box. My card declined due to fraud detection. I let her know and quickly went to my car to grab another. When I returned within 60 seconds, she told me the $10 credit was now void because she helped other customers. I asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one. I asked for her name, she refused. Then she raised her voice and told me to leave the store in front of customers. My wife, who heard it on speakerphone, came in. Cheyenne told her I "couldn't afford it" and was "wasting her time." Only then did the manager, Latanya, appear. She admitted Cheyenne voided the promo by mistake but said she couldn't fix it without "showing a loss." No apology. No accountability. This entire situation was disrespectful, unprofessional, and humiliating. Circle K's website contact form was broken, so I'm filing here. This store needs serious review, training, and discipline. I'm requesting a formal investigation and follow-up.

On August 31, 2020 around 11:30p, my 17 year old son stopped to at your store to put gas in my car…read more His debit card became lodged/stuck in the machine at the pump ( pump 2). He went into the store to obtain assistance and apparently the store clerk told him there's nothing she can do. The store clerk DID NOT attempt to physically assist. My 17 y/o son then calls me and I speak with store clerk who at this point had not attempted to call anyone else (manager) for assistance until I suggested she call. It took several call attempts to manager before he finally answers. When the manager answered, the store clerk immediately apologize to the manager for waking him up. Needless to say, the manager says the same thing- there's nothing he can do and that my son would have to leave his bank debit card in the machine overnight and unprotected until someone ( the machine person) comes the next day to retrieve it). After I kept insisting that I was uncomfortable with this solution the store manager hung up in the store clerk's face. On a better note, THANK GOD for the Flowood Police Dept. I gave them a call and within minutes they came out and retrieved the card from the pump machine and saved the night. The POLICE did what the store clerk and store manager should've taken the initiative to do. Their poor response, lack of concern, lack of training towards this situation should not be acceptable. Suggesting to leave a card at a pump overnight and unprotected was NOT the smartest or safest solution. This solution did not have the safety of your customer in mind. This was a selfish and callous solution. I highly recommend that you train your employees including your first line manager to handle situations such as this with respect and concern for your customers. Thank you
