They said there was "nothing they can do." We asked for them to look at cameras-- they said they couldn't see anything clearly. We asked them to count their inventory-- which they said they'd do, but after hours of waiting, they said there was just too many for them to count... In addition, the manager was rude to my husband. Not sure if she was the store manager or pharmacy manager, but either way, we went about the situation kindly and patiently & received no resolution. So, if you're planning on filling a painkiller prescription with them, just know there's a chance one of the employees might take some of your medication. (Not related: If you are military or use the military's insurance, TriCare, avoid Walgreens at all costs as they don't honor it.)

I have a discount card from the drug manufacturer…read morethat clearly states my perscription is only to be $18 yet the first month they charged me $65 and said they do mot accept the card. Called drug manufacturer and they were clearly upset and said they would call the pharmacy to straighten out the problem. Pharmacist apologized when I went back this month because of their mishandling of my perscription and assured me they would get it right this time. Unfortunately I would have to come in tomorrow as they didn't have the medicine at that time. Go in this morning and my perscription is $25 not $18. They told me it is what the computer says so it must be right, and it would be the same with or without my discount. I told them $18 is not the same as $25. They argued that it most certainly was. CVS what happened to solving problems? What happened to training employees to not increase an ailing customer's stress level through being competent enough to handle the transaction at hand and not assume the computer generated health insurance info is the transaction the customer is going to choose? Your pharmacy has let me down twice and cost me and additional $54. By the way that $54 is the cost of 3 month of my perscription. I will make sure the drug manufacturer understands you do not have a desire to value them or those they help.

My experience was ruined by a male employee at the checkout counter. He had the nerve to suggest an item I wanted to purchase was already low and I should just pay it without using the extra savings that got me to that store in the first place. I don't pay to be insulted. I complained and still no response. Women spend a heck of a lot of money at drug stores. I guess they don't care about its female customers.

Making your customers wait to be helped because you're too busy sitting down and saying very loudly where they can hear that there's other techs, who were busy at the moment by the way, that can help them instead of you is just poor customer service and honestly just rude to your co workers as well. She did put her phone down and help, but she was childish (eye rolling), condescending and rude. BTW, I was back in my car before "closing" time.
