Horrible customer service and rude!!!! I will not be getting any more rxs filled here

The new Pharmacy Manager "Long" is rude and doesn't want to assist customers. He insisted that my discount card had to be activated. The card said nothing about requiring activation. Long did not want to be bothered with entering the coupon. Long argued with me that he couldn't take it until I activated it. I called the company who makes the med and the coupon and they assured me that no activation is required. I went to the CVS in Flowood and they were so nice and even put the coupon in the computer system. I will be moving all my rx to the Flowood location. read more

I hate to say it but it's the Worst pharmacy in Brandon. Worst drive through experience, no one cares that you've waited for an hour or that they may or may not have your prescription ready. I will not be back. read more

I can only do one star, unfortunately you're not allowed to do no stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The people are rude, it takes hours to get anything filled, and no one cares. They just roll their eyes and walk away if you inquire as to why it takes so long. I'm truly surprised their even still open. I called in my prescription at noon today, it's now 4:30pm and they say they'll get started on it in a minute. Really? Four and a half hours later and you'll get started on it? This place is a joke and I think if at all possible I'm going to start using someone else. It may cost more but I promise, pay more, it'll be well worth not having to wait on this pathetic pharmacy. read more

This is the absolute WORST CVS. No one will check you out. I was told to use self check out. I did. My coupon wouldn't work. The manager was called 3 times. When he finally was found outside, he walked to the back to put something up and took an additional 5 minutes to come back. I told him customer service had really gone down. He said it was a computer problem and didn't have to do with the workers. I told him he was right. The problem was that I was forced to Use the self check out. He told me I wasn't forced. I told him that I was the only option when I walked up and stood in a line 6 deep. He told me I wasn't forced to do anything. I told him, you know what, your right. Hand me my coupon. I'm not forced to do anything and walked out. With my $100+ purchase left on the counter for him to restock. read more

The pharmacy employees are not helpful at all. I have a discount card from the drug manufacturer that clearly states my perscription is only to be $18 yet the first month they charged me $65 and said they do mot accept the card. Called drug manufacturer and they were clearly upset and said they would call the pharmacy to straighten out the problem. Pharmacist apologized when I went back this month because of their mishandling of my perscription and assured me they would get it right this time. Unfortunately I would have to come in tomorrow as they didn't have the medicine at that time. Go in this morning and my perscription is $25 not $18. They told me it is what the computer says so it must be right, and it would be the same with or without my discount. I told them $18 is not the same as $25. They argued that it most certainly was. CVS what happened to solving problems? What happened to training employees to not increase an ailing customer's stress level through being competent enough to handle the transaction at hand and not assume the computer generated health insurance info is the transaction the customer is going to choose? Your pharmacy has let me down twice and cost me and additional $54. By the way that $54 is the cost of 3 month of my perscription. I will make sure the drug manufacturer understands you do not have a desire to value them or those they help. read more

Very slow. Don't waste time if you want reasonable service. Can't pick up prescriptions before work.
