Cool Vapes - Cotton candy swft mod - Vape Shops Near Me - Flowood, Mississippi

Very nice and organized shop. The prices are great! Buddy was a huge help and I will definitely be back.

Moved here from out of state and preferred a vape brand that wasn't offered at many places here. However, Cool Vapes offered to special order the vapes for me. I went today and sure enough, in a drawer behind the counter, they had a new unopened box of the vapes I requested. Great place, friendly staff, definitely recommend read more

Best customer service ever hooked me up with exactly what I need this will be my go to shop anytime I'm in town. Thanks guys

One of the best vape shops I've ever visited! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The juice selection was top notch. Wish the vape shops in Houston were this good. Keep it up! I will be back again when I'm in town. read more

Having reviewed other vape stores in this area, it's only right I tried this one. Overall great store. I didn't have the opportunity to get into any discussions with the staff about coil builds, mods, etc. so I cannot attest to their knowledge there, but their premium e-liquid selection is vast. That is a huge plus for someone like me that likes to switch flavors constantly. I would certainly return to this store. read more

Absolutely the best vape shop in the Jackson area! Friendliest and most knowledgable staff around and they have the widest selection of juices and mods. This is the only place I recommend for people to go to and I will only spend my money here. read more

Place is a cool little establishment. I met a few of the fellas that run and it they were super chill too. Had some good suggestions on things I haven't tried yet. I'm gonna make this my new spot to get all my gear. read more

There are many good things about this store, but what stands out to me is the customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and take their time to explain about the products and offer suggestions. The selection is huge. This is a one-stop-shop for both the novice and serious vapor! read more

I'm still angry as I'm writing this. I wanted to start Vaping so I decided to go into cool vapes to get set up because it's closer to my house but was that a mistake. I was completely uniformed about Vaping when I walked in and walked out much the same. If I wasn't being talked down for asking about things I was being talked over and pushed towards the more expensive and complicated products I knew nothing about. I left completely dissatisfied and won't be returning. Shame on you guys. read more

Very friendly employees. Definitely will be visiting again. One time they did not have the flavor I wanted but they made sure to find out a place that did have it. I really do appreciate their customer service. read more

Went into cool vapes the other day service as expected but as I was talking to one of the employees and he referred the vape shop that I go to frequently and purchased my mod from as "Afghanistan" I didn't appreciate the hostility toward another vape shop and saying "that's where you went wrong" when I mentioned where I bought my coil from. I believe that was very unprofessional to mention to a customer. read more

I came here while visiting from out of state, and picked up some great juices. The customer service provided by the gentlemen who run the shop was absolutely fantastic. They know how to treat customers, and their shop is spacious as well as totally fantastic. Another huge plus is the business experience these gentlemen have and it shows. Thank you both for a very nice experience. read more

I'm a man over 40 that is trying to quit smoking and thought this would be a good way to help. I visited this shop and couldn't believe the unprofessionalism that I walked into. Yes it is a cool vape shop but the employees were more concerned about creating smoke clouds than trying to help me figure out what I needed. It was very tough trying to figure out what flavor I enjoyed when the employees kept blowing clouds of thier own flavor into my face. I found something I thought I could deal with and ask the clerk for my selection, he gave me the wrong strenght on both flavors because I was bothering him, I guess. I went back again today to discuss these issues with someone else and maybe correct the first clerks problem. I walked into a cloud so thick I was turned off immediatly. I discussed my issue with the female clerk for a moment but she was too busy with everything else to care. The same male clerks were behind the counter creating more smoke so the cloud would be even thicker. I understand the spirit of this shop but the owners either don't know this is very offesive to most customers or think it is cool and don't care. I will not bother to interupt thier cool scene any longer and I have spoken to several customers that feel the same way. Good luck with your cool cloud shop. read more
