I have been vaping for 2 years and have a good bit of experience when it comes to building mods, coils, and making juice. I knew about this store and came in with low expectations while I was waiting for some prescriptions to be ready. I came in expecting a limited selection, uneducated or condescending staff, overpriced inventory, and poor house made juice. I was extremely pleased with the business as soon as I walked through the door. IF YOU ARE NEW TO VAPING and are trying to get away from cigarettes the staff will teach you everything you need to know. They have a bar to try each of the juices so you walk out with something you like. They will probably set you up on an ego battery and an iclear 15 type atomizer which is a great way to start, no cheap gas station foolishness here. The environment is not intimidating and without snark or judgement. Do not be afraid to walk in with no knowledge - these guys are going to help you out. IF YOU ALREADY VAPE and have the same hesitation I had about coming in, rest easy, it's a good place. The owner was able to read right away that I wasn't a beginner and treated me appropriately. We talked at length about the store and products and I met the rest of the staff, all great guys. There's a staff member for everyone, their staff varied greatly by age but all were cool, respectable, and knowledgeable. I was allowed to handle any product I wished without hesitation. The staff was able to answer at least 95% of my questions (the answers they didn't have were always hard questions that I also did not know the answer to.) The staff admitted openly if they didn't have an answer which is quite professional and appreciated. The store on the whole was very clear about what products were clones which is a huge deal. I am more than happy purchasing a clone, however being sold a clone with a price and belief that it is genuine is poor business and could even be dangerous. I was very happy with that and did pick up a Bagua 18350 clone that is working very well. The prices are definitely higher than online. If you are expecting to walk in and pay fasttech prices then you need to be more realistic. That being said I would say that for a brick and mortar store the prices are fair enough, and considering what you are doing for those who want to quit smoking and the contribution to the local economy you should walk out of the store feeling good about whatever you pay, not to mention no waiting on shipping, fellowship, and free information when you need it. I've been to other stores with FAR worse prices. The product selection is very good- genuine innokin products, space jam juices, genuine aw imr and Sony vtc series batteries, most of the rebuild able atomizers and mechanical mods are clones but they are good. They carry genuine russian and russian 91% rta's and stock lots of great accessories like drip tips, lanyards, cases, mod holders, etc. They also have a well stocked juice bar to try the juices which should satisfy everybody. There are some things that could be a little better, and I imagine that with time and the support of the vaping community this will happen. I would like to see a few more genuine article mech mods but am in no way disappointed - after all, most people would not be able to afford them and with the quality of clones always getting better and being pretty good for the most part in the first place, they certainly made the right business decision in my opinion. In summary I had a great visit, walked out with some great stuff, and would recommend this shop to anyone interested in getting started, and any veteran vaper. I will be back. read more
