The Pitt Stop Deli is a small convenience store with a full cold and hot hoagie station serving up all kinds of tasty options. I chatted with Skip, the owner, who mentioned they now accept EBT cards for items like bread, cereal, and milk. Today, I'm heading to the hot side of the grill for a meatball hoagie. Off camera, I asked if the meatballs were homemade, and he explained they come from another establishment--so yes, they're homemade, just not here. This was your classic meatball sub: toasted bun, melted mozzarella, and packed with flavorful, piping-hot meatballs. Even though it's a store, they have a spot where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you'd rather eat in than take out. He then said I'm very busy and would not give me price. There was zero customers in store. So both times I visited this store I was treated very poorly by an ignorant employee ( the same guy both times) . I will never give them business again. I left everything on counter and walked away of what would have been over 100$ in sales. I never write reviews and was so angry by the way I was treated felt it was necessary to let others know of how much of a scumbag this employee was!!
