A) we aren't kids, B) this is not how you talk to someone, C) this is a threat that is enforceable by law! Her and the manager laughed after. A threat towards a customer is not how you run a business. After calling corporate I got a half fast apology from the manager and not the worker who made a threat. Said she thought she knew us yet still is no way to talk in a work place. With COVID many people are looking for jobs and this worker should be fired. Poor service and by the way a Walgreens is right up the road with great customer service and won't threaten you!

The lady stated I had already picked it up, but that was for my the first time I had it filled. She then seemed to have an attitude because I mentioned that I was told it would be ready the previous evening, including just hanging up on me when I said thank you. I'm not sure if this is the same person who took my call a few days prior, but this lady surely woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I support small businesses so I hope this lady isn't a representation of what Fino's stands for. If so, I won't be back. 4 stars since I don't want to blame the owners for this one employee's bad behavior.

I can 100% vouch for their sandwiches, but not the salads or soups since I never tried them. I've had their tuna wrap, Italian tuna melt panini, and their mozzarella-pesto-tomato panini - all are banging. For the cheap prices they offer and the deliciousness in each bite, I can honestly say that we order lunch from Cook's 3-4 times a week. At least. A+ on the sandwiches and wraps, but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. Just an FYI.

SPOILED SEAFOOD! Purchased Argentinian Red Shrimp from seafood display case on January 9th…read moremid-afternoon. Employee bagged the shrimp from the case (1.22 pounds) Had a five-minute drive home, refrigerated the bag, then got it out to clean at dinner time. Shrimp was slimy and had a horrible rotten smell like ammonia. It actually burned the inside of our noses! (The employee had to be aware when she was bagging the shrimp!) It went right to the garage in a sealed trash bag. I had to scramble to find another meal to make for my kids who were coming over for dinner. It took opening doors (in 30-degree temperatures), and scented candles to get the disgusting smell out of my house. I only shop at this market when desperate for time. Wegmans, Market 32, and even Gerrity's offer better quality food. One final comment.........while shopping, a man was wheeling a grocery cart through the store with a medium-large size dog SITTING INSIDE THE CART! This is disgusting and, in my opinion, should not be permitted by the store manager or employees.
