After waiting at that window, the same exact person finally waited on me. I explained I did not have new card yet. Would not look up the insurance. Told me I had to call. However, medication could not be delayed as it was for my daughter in college and needed to be mailed. I said I just pay for it. Told me to GO BACK TO THE FIRST WINDOW. Then I proceeded to wait because nobody would come over. Finally, The same exact woman came over. Zero customer service when you are dealing with life sustaining medications. Awful.
