They are prompt and you can opt to get a text as soon as your prescription is ready. So far I haven't had any issues so I am going to keep using them. They seem to have plenty of workers to work on all of the prescriptions they are filling.

Had it filled here last month, this month when I tried to fill it here they denied me. I had my doctor send this prescription here along with my next few months refills so they had the prescriptions. Wouldn't even check if they had them in stock. Never in my life have I been made to feel like a drug seeker until this place. They literally interrogated me out of nowhere asking me questions that frankly they have no business asking. They told me they're only servicing "local people". I live across the bridge FFS and no other pharmacy can get this medication. I will never recommend this place to anyone else and truly hope everyone stops going here. What kind of shitty people decline someone the medication they've taken for 11 years.

The retail store area is pretty packed .. but they carry everything.. and by everything I mean McGuyver would be in paradise.. they have batteries, dvds, "as seen on tv" crap, meds, cards, picture frames, food, enemas (haven't ever used one of those but for some reason I giggle should I happen to walk by them), candy, shampoo, and the list goes on and on. This will be my last time crossing their threshold. It is not worth the frustration dealing with them, their staff, and their poorly run operation.

Had a great shopping experience until I asked the woman in meat to give me a price on pre-packaged salmon. She said, "I can't hear you and Josh in seafood can help you". I figured I should speak loudy to ask Josh what the price was on the salmon so I spoke loudly. Josh told me I was screaming and talking too loud and walked away from me. I told him "don't be offended, life is tough". He never answered my question on price. The customer is always right. I put products back I was so pissed! I was checking out and saw Josh in the aisle and said I am going to report you. He flicked me off. Did not apologize or make any amends. Remember, Giant, the customer is always right! I seem to ALWAYS have a problem at the Hershey, PA Giant. I have no problems with the Dillsburg, Hummelstown, Cleona, Camp Hill stores. I shop also at the Havertown Giant outside Philly by only 3 miles. That place is mayhem, especially when the Eagles play! The racial stuff is a challenge there too. Fights break out in line and at the gas pumps but I don't have problems there. You have to be respectful there because you may get a bullet in the head. Usually everyone walks on eggshells to keep the peace there. Too many people. Anyway, I paid my bill and the sales person was delightful. The assistant store manager, Tony Paul, came over at my request and was fantastic. So one worker can't hear me and the other thinks I am screaming. I have choices: Pronio's, Grocery Outlet, Aldi, Weis, Redners, Wawa, Karns. Screw you, Giant and Josh in seafood!!!!

Prices at Giant, like everywhere, seem to keep creeping up but if there was one and only one store we had to go to, regardless of prices, this would probably be it. As it is, we usually visit three stores to get certain things at each one and Giant, this one, is usually on our weekly shopping trip. We don't like self-checkouts and thankfully, this store seems to make an effort to have several manned registers. Thanks for that.

The desire was obvious - it's so much nicer to have one in town than having to drive some 19 miles to the next town's Costco! Second, this is the only Costco I've been to that isn't overrun with crazy shoppers. I can actually shop stress-free! I don't have to be cutthroat just to find a parking space. And the gas station? I've never had to wait in line. It's massive-- have you seen a gas station that has 24 pumps across 8 lanes! It's been over six months since the grand opening on October 30, 2025. While the number of shoppers has grown a bit, it's still in the "sweet spot"--busy enough for the store to stay profitable, but quiet enough to keep the shopping experience pleasant.
