Such amazing employees at this location, EXCEPT FOR ONE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE!!! I go to this cvs because their pharmacist, Dr. Dates is so kind & amazing! But so are most of the employees,especially Makeba!! I would like to speak to the general manager about a specific incident though. On June 5, 2022, my mom and I were in line for the pharmacy. Dr. Dates was there all day by herself, and around 4:15pm on Sunday my mom and I were in the pharmacy line, it was super long, we've never seen it so busy! The line was all the way down the isle. While my mom and I were in line I left the line to go purchase non-pharmacy items. I got to the checkout line at the front of the store and there's EIGHT people in line... I've never seen a line like this at a CVS on a Sunday... I noticed that the line was going very SLOW because the only register was the 1 self check-out register... and I noticed a guy (who I later asked for his name and he told me, Miles) he was behind the counter & on his cell phone with someone just laughing & talking about inappropriate/unprofessional things. He saw the line, people asked if he could check them out, and he pointed to the self check-out register. I was very surprised because usually CVS employees are nice or at least not rude & immature. An elderly man was up next to checkout & he told me that I could go ahead of him because he didn't know how to use the self check-out register, so I simply asked the guy behind the counter (Miles) to help the gentlemen & check him out, Miles was extremely annoyed & started checking the man out WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE!!!! After I purchased my items I went back to the pharmacy to look for my mom. The line moved a little bit, we had about 3 people in front of us, and it was 4:50pm. Long story short the Pharmacist, Dr. Dates called over the intercom for Miles, she said that Miles was needed at the pharmacy. A Few minutes later he still didn't show up, so she called again over the store speaker, 5 minutes later still no Miles.... She went to call again and the phone didn't work... so I went to the front of the store because I thought maybe he had headphones in and didn't hear her.... I saw him sitting behind the front counter, (behind a wall...I had to pop my head over the counter to even see him). And this is how our conversation went: Me: hey what's your name? Miles: Miles...why? Me: perfect! The pharmacist needs your help. Miles: I'm not moving...**he then rolled his eyes and pointed at the counter.** Miles: I ain't work at the pharmacy. Do I look like a pharmacist? Me: okay well she called you for help... Miles: I heard her... I unplugged the speaker Me: you should probably at least let her know you heard her so she doesn't keep calling for you Miles: nah. She can't get a hold of me Me: you're the rudest and most unprofessional CVS employee I've ever met.. I will be speaking to your manager Miles: go ahead bi*ch, I don't care. **then he continued playing on his phone.... ** As I was walking back to the pharmacy I saw an employee stocking shelves and she asked how my day was, I ask her if she could help the pharmacist, she jumped into action and went straight to help Dr. Dates. This employee name is Makeba, and she was so sweet and professional. Dr. Dates and Makeba deserve raises or at least employee of the quarter. Miles needs to get taken off the schedule. read more

Went into this CVS at 3:30PM 9/4/26 just to deposit cash, the male behind the counter was muttering stuff I couldn't understand, I had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times cause of his lack of communication. He proceeded to tell me "my barcode wasn't working" which I said "I haven't had a problem depositing cash at other CVS and suggested maybe something wasn't completed accurately the first attempt" and he responded to that with "I've worked here for 3 years I know what I'm doing, can you get out of line so I can help the other people waiting" which he had no issue stating loud and clear I asked him kindly "can you just try it one more time" (he was fidgety and clearly stressed the first time around so he could have made a mistake) I pulled up the barcode again and on the second attempt it went through, no issue. I think this specific employee needs a break and to understand the 1 person waiting behind me in line should not be a high stress situation, I never rushed him through the process, I'm very patient and I'm glad he was able to successfully deposit the money, but what's with all the hostility?? If it doesn't work the first time, try again, just take a breather.. all is well read more

The pharmacy employees are good no problem there. However the other employees are extremely rude, example I was next in line and the cashier asked me to use the kiosk because he was busy then he took the lady in back of me. Ok I let that go next time the cashier crumbled the receipt and handed it to me. Clearly that guy is a racist. The only reason I go there is because it's near me and my prescriptions are there. I'm always polite and I smile at them, Thank God I don't have any hang ups against disrespectful people. read more

I had terrible experience at the pharmacy of this store. I went to pick up my medication. No one was willing to attend me for a while. They received my prescription a day before but they said they don't have it yet. Later one young mail told me to take the med. in liquid form while the papers clearly indicate 1 tablet daily. I talked to the pharmacist for clarification (the old, short, bold brown guy) but he was not willing to attend me saying the med is over-counter. I asked him to help me understand why everybody is telling me different things and how I can get the right medication and use my insurance benefits for a med. prescribed for me by a doctor. He wasn't willing to help, then one old lady from the pharmacy assisted me to get the med but he was quarreling with her because of that when I left. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! read more

I've had issues in the past with serious issues with a pharmacist using the f word at me (I did not report her and she was extra nice to me after that), and with a rude male front counter employee who was utterly disrespectful to me and an older woman, kicking this poor 80 year old lady out of the store. Now I had today them short me 5 Valium needed for a bladder condition. They will replace them, but bring a napkin and count out your pills in front of the pharmacist. If they get huffy, you can let them know about this review. I could wind up in the ER without this med. And they expect me to be cheery about it. Also, if you ask for a non-safety caps on your meds and it's on file, expect to have to check that as well. They will never give you one unless you check and them make them replace it. Check everything before you leave the store. Yes, it will suck counting out 360 thyroid pills next time, but you better believe they will be sitting there watching me count them ONE BY ONE. Once you leave the store they can blame it on you. They did not, but I'm hot over this. Where did those 5 Valium go? Miscounted or in someone's pocket? COUNT YOUR MEDS, THEN COUNT AGAIN. read more

Stacy at the front desk was so helpful and nice. I had photos that were misplaced and she took the time to track it down and figure out what the issue was. She should be promoted because not all people would spend the time or the effort trying to help customers like she did for me. I've stopped in several times just to buy one or two small items, so this is not a review of their pharmacy services. I like that CVS will often make discounts available to my CVS card. One time the clerk was very nice, and another time the clerk was rude -- telling me in an unfriendly way that they were about to close. It sometimes takes a while but I can eventually find what I'm looking for, like watch batteries or vitamins. My other complaint is with CVS in general -- they give you massive receipt printouts with coupons. I've had some as long as my leg. It's just a waste of paper. read more

Been shopping and getting scripts from CVS for 15+ years. When I moved near this store after several bad experiences with the pharmacy I have now switched to Walgreens. Don't waste your time here I would not recommend this CVS to anyone. read more

Much the same as literally every other business in this shopping center don't bother. Keep going. Nobody cares no matter how sick you are here. Lied to me and said they didn't have a prescription I'd been waiting on all day since 1010 am. Then told my doctor they did have it but their system was down the entire day. Meanwhile I continue to suffer I'm alone and single and don't have the strength to keep worrying about this incredibly frustrating place. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow God willing, and will not require their help any longer. But rest assured you'll remain on hold for 30 minutes minimum until someone answers. Just called in to check on a prescription and the man that took my phone call was rude and condescending. I was simply trying to speak clearer and louder for him and he told me not to get frustrated. He was definitely capable and good at his job as far as being able to fix something in the system for me, but he should be a little bit more professional over the phone. read more

I had to stop by this pharmacy to pick up my great grandmothers prescription and being a visitor to the state, this area had me a little frightened at first. I was sure I was going to have to fight my way back to my car defending myself from a Ghetto youth who assumed I was picking up Percocet... Boyyyy did I have the wrong impression. Everyone greeted me with a smile and offered nothing but help. Especially the young lady working the pharmacy. Big Shoutout to Bianca! She was the Apex of this entire enlightening experience. Her smile, courtesy, and knowledge of my great grandmothers prescription definitely made my whole trip to NC to visit my Great Grand Mother even better. Not only was she extremely knowledgable about the drugs, she was very informative on the subject of illnesses too. Bianca seems to be all around just a great employee. Just waited 25 minutes to pick up a prescription. There was only one person in front of me. That should not take that long. They seemed to be very confused and disorganized inside. They were not customer friendly at all. Definitely will a different pharmacy next time. I am sure I could drive 5 more minutes and find one and still get home faster than what happened here today. read more

This CVS is by far the worst pharmacy to deal with. They lie to your face. I went to get prescription filled the lady told me a price different then my coupon that I had given them when I dropped it off. She went to pharmacist to have corrected. I literally watched the pharmacist take the bag with medicine in it and throw it on floor under counter where he was working. Then the lady who had just handed it to him came back to me and say they didn't have the medicine in stock . At that point I asked to speak to pharmacist, he came over and told me that they didn't have medicine in stock and would have to order it when I asked him about the medicine in bag that the lady was attempting to hand me he told me that didn't exist and that he never filled anything. When I explained that I watched him throw under counter on floor he denied it and became angry. When I went back to pharmacy a few days latter and spoke to pharmacy manager she said she was sorry and that pharmacist was a fill in and he would no longer be employed there . But unfortunately with or without him the same kinds of things happen there month after month including telling my wife that the prescription that we get filled every month for $105 is $500 this time and when we transferred it to Walmart it was $19 . This happens often if not every month there . Last month my prescription that I pay $70 for every month I was told it would be $350 but when I went inside to question pharmacist I was told it was billed wrong and it became $70 again . read more
