Unfortunately, what we received was extremely disappointing. The cake was poorly decorated and looked like very little effort or care went into it. When we brought it up to the baker, she brushed us off and said we could request a refund if we wanted, but that she wouldn't do anything to fix it. The event was only two hours away, and thankfully, the amazing staff at the Whole Foods bakery stepped in and helped us get cakes for 67 people with just an hour's notice. Because my condition was urgent, I immediately called the pharmacy to let them know to update it to be picked up the same day because I needed it. Despite explaining the situation, my prescription was still scheduled for the following day, and my request to have it filled sooner was never acted on, even after speaking with someone who assured me this would happen. As a result, my condition worsened while I waited for medication. This is not the first issue I've experienced with this pharmacy. The customer service has been consistently poor, with staff often coming across as rude and dismissive. I also requested that an incorrect phone number be removed from my account because someone else has been receiving notifications containing my personal medication information. That request was also ignored. These repeated failures are unacceptable, especially when they involve patient safety and privacy.
