They literally NEVER answer the phones and lines are always super long in pharmacy area. It's a WHOLE PANDEMIC going on. ANSWER THE PHONES to at least let people know something, so unprofessional. It's going on three hours on hold. The people are actually nice that's the only reason I gave two stars.

I stood in line just to tell them I'm the one on the phone they keep ignoring. They walk past the phone

Long story short I waited 42 minutes on hold just to get in line and see 4 people working walking pass the phone and only one lady in front of me. Tired. If it doesn't changed it's going to be a great news story. The woman with the dreads could care less and she's in charge. CVS PHARMACY is community member are getting tired. The general manager Pam gave me a number to call. Please call and I will start getting petitions signed and the news to listen. Be careful who you disrespect and what you do because you never know WHO people know that can get it blasted all over social media. Enough is enough.

How long I was in hold!

I visited the CVS at The Wharf on September 22 and 29 to grab a few items for my hotel stay. While…read morethe location is convenient, especially if you're staying nearby and need quick essentials, there are some things worth noting. Pros: * Great location for travelers and locals in need of last-minute items. * Open late and within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, and the waterfront. Cons: * The store is often busy and disorganized. Shelves are not front-faced, and items can feel scattered. * The checkout process is chaotic. While self-checkout is available, most customers avoid it, and there's usually only one cashier, which slows everything down. * Prices are high, but that's expected in tourist-heavy areas. Still, it would be nice to see more effort in store presentation and customer flow. Final Thoughts: If you need something quickly and you're in the area, this CVS will do the job. Just adjust your expectations--you'll likely wait in line, pay a bit more, and find things slightly out of place. I recommend it only because there aren't many other options nearby.

I usually find what I'm looking for here -- this recent visit I was surprised to find what I came for -- a swiffer mop. But almost every single time there's an issue with the self checkout machines. This time one machine was out of service and one was being serviced.

I'm giving two stars because it's a store and they remodeled. It's relatively clean. I'm not giving…read moremore stars because every time I go to self-checkout an employee starts pacing behind me or standing behind me to make sure I'm stealing. I bring a change purse and my own bag which I use to carry items because THERE ARE NO hand baskets. I take everything out and then flatten it so they can see there is nothing in there. One time I brought a change purse and no bag and bought one donut and Zyrtec. I was holding these two items. The guard told the White woman who works there that he thought I was stealing. She came over confused because there was nowhere for me to put anything. We shook our head and I paid and left. I rarely go here because I hate being treated like a criminal.

It really has to be something to get me to write a review. I have had more than a few incidents at…read morethis Giant. Unfortunately I have become accustomed to receiving subpar service/quality here so I've mostly ignored them. Most of the incidents revolve around lack of items, quality of items in some situations, store upkeep and customer service. I am of the belief that this is due to where this Giant is located. It is clear that this Giant and many nearby stores don't respect the customer base in this area. They don't seem to fear any retribution for the treatment of the people who patronize this store. We, as customers, are paying the same prices but receiving discount quality and service compared to customers at the same chain in different neighborhoods. The two incidents I've had involve one person. I didn't get the name but it was a middle aged white woman. I believe she was a manager of some kind. The only reason I'm distinguishing her race is because she may be the only white person working in that store as this is a predominantly Black American area. First incident: I was in line and ready to checkout in one of the 12 items or less registers. I was moving up in a line I was in for more than a few minutes (lines are consistently long) by now when the person in question came up and says, "this line is for 12 items or fewer". I look down at my cart and begin to count my items. I had 16 items. I just looked at her with bewilderment and moved to another much longer line (I wonder how corporate would feel if I put 4 items back costing the store money because one of their employees strict enforcement of FOUR extra items in my cart?) Trust me I totally understand adhering to policy and not slowing up the line for people trying to get in and out but this seemed a little excessive. On its own, this was not enough to illicit a response or review but the next incident raised my ire enough to report. Second incident: This incident maybe happened some four to five months later involving the same person. This time I'm checking out my items engaging in friendly banter with the cashier when the person in question comes up to the cashier, whispers in her ear then leaves. I didn't think anything of it until the cashier tells me she told her not to forget the water under my cart. At that point I had already told the cashier and she acknowledged. She looked uncomfortable telling me what she said. I told her that it was insulting to assume I'm trying to sneak out with a 32 pack of water. I don't really care about the excuse that this happens at this store. I'm sure water is paid for at a much higher clip than it is stolen. I didn't see where she came from but apparently, judging from both incidents, she is also a line monitor of some sort. Literally policing people as they're checking out. I almost wanted to take all the food back but continued. I don't think she is even aware or cares how insulting and disrespectful this is to customers. That is not my local Giant food store. I only go there when shopping for my mom who lives on that side of town. Luckily my mom doesn't request to go to this store much anymore because of the prices and I am totally fine with it. I had these two incidents during my sparse visits. I can only imagine the treatment regular customers receive.

I have nothing but absolutely AMAZING things to say about this place! It was only recently that my…read morephysician introduced me to this pharmacy and I wish I had known about them A LONG TIME AGO!! I'm never turning back to drug stores. I told several hundred people today on a group chat about them today too that see the same physician I was so impressed! I am not in the DC area, however, that is where my specialist is located where I fly in see him a few times a year. No problem there! All of my meds are shipped to my doorstep in Illinois with just a few buttons I press on their app (for free). The longest I've ever had to wait for them is 2 days! This morning, I was switching to a medication due to a side effect to another one and I used their app chat (from the convenience of my bed) to ask all kinds of questions. I even asked a question about potency compared to my previous medication and I was given a calculation; one that all pharmacists learn, but never tell you or take the time to figure it out like they should. I was blown away!! I do everything on the app and I've only had to call once when I set everything up before I knew how to use the app. My medications are so much cheaper, and in the winter when there are huge snow storms or on days I feel like total trash I don't need to run to the store, I just break out my phone! A HUGE convenience! Everything always arrives securely, packed with care. It really takes a lot for someone or any company to impress me these days and I was impressed! I've been impressed since day one! Don't hesitate to try it out! They worst that could happen is you go back to your mainstream drug store, which I can say with confidence won't happen after you experience CaryRX. Another reviewer said, "Your life will be so much better". I agree 100%! Your life will never be the same.
