The CVS at 4037 Glenwood will have You sick or dead they keep filling Several of Our Prescriptions wrong 1 of Our Meds take 0.3 that's 3 tabs at night this is the second time they've filled it at 0.2 of 0.1mg tablet so I only have 10 days worth of Meds they've done this with 2 other Prescriptions Also another Med they filled with the wrong pills I still have the bottle of pills I have finally had time to transfer to Walmart and found out they can deliver Our Meds Praise GOD but that CVS Needs to be investigated they are Completely Negligent and incompetent Even when You call corporate and report them they don't properly follow up and that Website they give You to followup is bogus This Should Not Be Happening in Our Neighborhoods what about People that can't fully read or know how to google check their Medications You shouldn't have to check Your Pills this is Negligence read more

Horrible CVS. Dropped off pictures to be developed and they gave incorrect instructions on what to do. Made me come back before I was referenced back. Waited at pharmacy where there were four people behind the counter, one was completely busy, the other three were doing nothing other than looking at their phones. read more

They don't open the pharmacy drive through at the time it says it'll be open. I also on multiple occasions have come AFTER 2:00 lunch, and the pharmacists are always 30 min to an hour past that. I'm tired of sitting at the drive thru window while it's shut down but they're still advertising they're open. I do not trust this location to handle my medication, and nor should anyone else. read more

This is the worst location of CVS in the metro Atlanta area. I had my prescriptions transferred here so I can pick them up closer to my house. The pharmacy never ever answers the phone. When you stay on hold, they never pick up and answer. I tried today for the third time to have a photo printed through their online portal. Nobody emailed or texted, but when I arrived, they just said that the printer doesn't work today. I told the man who was behind the photo counter that I'd just go elsewhere. He didn't even reply. Just walked away. Zero customer service skills here. And good luck getting a prescription filled. The front of the store has hand drawn signs saying that their Western Union service doesn't work. So summing up: Pharmacy: doesn't work. Photo department: doesn't work. Western Union: doesn't work. Nobody bothers to let anyone know that what you've placed orders for won't be there when you arrive. Stay away from this location. read more

Everything about this pharmacy is terrible. It's impossible to get any prescriptions filled, the service is terrible, and the staff is never friendly (except the one time some weird old dude working there put his number on my receipt. It's so unprofessional for someone who has access to my phone number and other personal information to be acting like that and made me very uncomfortable.) I would avoid this CVS and that's why I transferred all of my prescriptions to another business that actually knows how to run a pharmacy. read more

Why do we always get hood service instead of good service? Back in the day this pharmacy was as professional as any other. I returned to the neighborhood after a 10 year hiatus. only to find a dirty understocked store in disarray with rude- for-no-reason pharmacy techs. Now, I drive 5 miles out of the way to avoid this pharmacy and store. read more

Some people should not be in any wellness related field, the lady that administered my monthly covid test today ( paper work said Patrice) was terrible in terms of customer service and plain rude, I'd love to see this CVS or at least the Pharmacy have no stars so people would know not deal with this place if they could avoid it. read more

The CVS Pharmacy has terrible customer service. My Wife and I stopped by to pick up her perscription and after waiting about 15 minutes in the drive through we decided to go inside but after waiting inside another 15 minutes we were told to come back later that they were closing for lunch. We will NOT be going back. read more

This CVS sucks. I tried to fill a prescription once and the pharmacy techs were snotty, wanting me to call my doctor, at 4 PM on a Sunday, to make sure it really was my prescription (I took it down the road to Walgreens, who filled it, no questions asked). Another time I went in to buy cold medicine and stood around for ten minutes waiting for a clerk to come to the front of the store. Two or three walked by me, and the person at the Photo Lab stared at me for a while, but evne though I stood in front of the counter and looked around hopefully, nobody bothered to see what I wanted. The pharmacy dept at this location is the worst I've ever experienced at any CVS I've been to. They never ever have a rx that has been sent in by the doc ready to pick up. Even if by luck it's ready they can't locate where in the pharmacy they have it filed away. If you submit a refill via the CVS mobile app they don't have a record of the submission even though there is a confirmation email to validate. The drive thru is a 30 min wait or more. The customer service is horrid! The male Chinese pharmacist is rude and the pharmacy techs are all ghetto as hell!! read more

Definitely the WORST CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. Unfortunately we just purchased a home in this area so this location is convenient to my residence... Once this review is complete, I will be calling corporate. They are always rude, slow and my prescriptions are NEVER ready (even if I give them an additional day to get it ready). I had a prescription sent here since it's close to my house. I sat at the pick up window for 8 mins, and finally called them to say I was waiting at the window. Someone came to the window and said "why didn't you ring the bell?"... I told her I've never had to ring a bell at any other cvs drive thru I've been to and she proceeded to apologize, blah blah blah. They saw me, I know they saw me, they just are terrible at their job. I gotta agree with Sid P. I only go to this CVS out of convenience. The store itself it ok, the pharmacy is just awful. I dropped off a Rx there, left my insurance information and went back a few days later to pick it up. Not only was the Rx not ready but they told me after waiting 20 minutes that I brought the wrong card. I contacted my work benefits center who told me I have CVS Caremark for Rx, but they had to mail me the information. When I called this CVS and told them I had CVS Caremark and asked if they could just look up my info they told me "uh, it's kind of hard" I then called CVS Caremark who called the store and in about two minutes it was sorted out. But what a pain in the ass to get asthma medication. They only get two stars because the entire store doesn't suck, just the pharmacy. Overall ,thumbs down. read more

This is the absolute worse cvs I've ever been too!!!! First off, they are rude! I am seriously not ever going back to this cvs! I will drive an extra 5 miles to avoid this location! I had an issue on many levels with this cvs. Look, I am not a cheapskate but when you have an advertised price you need to honor it! I came to pick up a few things before heading out of town and saw the revlon nail polishes were on sale buy one get one half off.. Awesome! So get to the counter and the guy says oh these aren't on sale...I said there is a tag on these that say they are. So he doesn't even take the initiative to go check. Then I say just forget it and went to pay but my cvs card was in the car. Instead of letting me use a complimentary card he says, do u want to sign up for another one?? Umm.. No! So run to my car get the card. Then pay walk over to the nail polishes take the tag off and take a picture to show the BOY behind the counter! How annoying!! Okay, so yeah I was that annoyed customer! He kinda mumbles and doesn't know what to say when he sees the tag. I walked out!! I got in my car and was just highly annoyed by the whole experience but realized it wasn't worth getting under my skin and as a consumer I can just choose to not shop at this location any longer; and that is just what I plan to do! read more
