I really wanted to support my local pharmacy but I have had several horrible customer service…read moreexperiences. The pharmacy tech insisted my son's insurance was not valid. I had just filled another prescription two weeks early at Walgreens pharmacy with no issues. She had me wait a very long time while she called my insurance company. Sure enough, they made a clerical mistake and had his member ID incorrect. Absolutely no apology or explanation. Also every time I fill a prescription at Hampshire Pharmacy it is more than double when I fill it at Walgreens with the same insurance of course. Very rude technician and pharmacist.

My experience with this pharmacy WAS great . I loved that they were so friendly and quick. It was…read morevery convienient for me to use them considering my daughters script had to be mailed to the facility every month from Indianapolis. Our nurse would drop it off when it arrived and I would pick it up... Until i found that I was running out of her medication several days before we would even be scheduled for next appointment.. I chalked it up e first time thinking because she had to step up they might not of compensated for he amount. But it happened again and again.. I knew that they would say it was me.. But then realized her monthly prescribed 120mls was in an 90 ml bottle .. So I confronted her doctor and she told me she has had previous complaints about medication shortage recently to fill at a different pharmacy. What I recieved at Walgreens was nothing close to what I had been getting. The bottle was huge. Not to mention the pharmacist showed me that the bottle comes to them which contains a powder . They add a required amount of water which activated the medication. And that is what I should of been getting. My daughter was anywhere from7 to 9 days short on a medication that she needed and suffered withdrawl from because of it. either A they were stealing it or B they stealing it.. Ugh I am one pissed off momma.... I surely wish this wasn't the case but I cNt make sense of it another way.. How many other kids and PARENTs who depend on their medications had tI suffer!? Not to mention that the 120 mls of liquid cost 240 $ without insurance. Which was paid for out of my pocket for the first two months..

Unprofessional. Pharmacist and owner, Chirag, refused to call my Dr office to facilitate refill. Dr…read moreoffice wants to hear from pharmacist, not a lay person. It was great while refill lasted. Then when a little extra work was needed by pharmacist, he was inadequate. I see same in other reviews. Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. Adding new information: This business is unethical. My insurance company talked to them, and the…read morereason why they sent me the brand I didn't want it's because it's CHEAPER! The pharmacy would lose money if they send me what I requested; however, if that's the case, the pharmacy should communicate with my doctor's office from the very beginning not until the last minute when I reached out. Now my medicine will be delayed for more than 4 days. This business basically doesn't have ethics and only cares about money. Avoid this business if you could. This pharmacy sent me a substitute generic brand without my consent which is birth control. - if you are a female you know how each generic brand works differently. My gynecologist office places the prescription with this pharmacy so I don't know the details but I specifically said I needed Xulane patch, not Zafemy. The worst part is that there's a guy named Luis who's racist and rude. After I tell him my name which is a foreign name on the prescription, he had an attitude against me. He using inappropriate language like "I'm not repeating my name to you" "there's no further discussion" "I'm in charge." This guy cut me off a few times and never let me finish my desired solution and doesn't have a can-do attitude. All he did is "there's nothing I can do for you, is your doctor's fault" So ladies, avoid this racist place that substitutes your birth control without letting you know. And don't let a rude disrespectful man who is not even able to get pregame tell you all the birth controls are the same!! Ridiculous!
