It works pretty well when you call the store back and ask to speak to the store manager and explain that you have waited so long....magically the store managers can get a pharmacist on the phone in less than 30 seconds. When I asked her to stop she refused and kept hitting the boxes slamming them around very click clack against the counter and gave me this defiant look. Then she decided to yell at me from behind the counter with micro aggressions , giving me hundred facial expressions and all the attitude you could expect from a Petulant teenager from inside of her glorified goldfish bowl . Her face was contorting as she hurled backhanded remarks my way complete with all the 1-raised eyebrow and all the eye rolls , as her mouth crumpled up as she sputtered out her little utterances between going from one expression to the next . I thought plaque dont crack yet here we are ? did she not go to college -and go through a hiring process -to get this job ??? she is actually throwing herself down the trash by being rude to the sick patients who come for their medications ? Her colleagues jaws dropped as she humiliated herself at my expense . I called the cvs complaint hotline for them to take the report and the operator took his reports and said they will do an internal investigation (into what I consider to be patient abuse) ! Be proud of who you are and what you represent , think for your co workers , customers, humanity , the oath you took or the amount of student debt it took for you to get here to act this way This is not how you treat infirmary customers looking for relief !!! Also in an economy where nobody can get a job , count your lucky stars you actually have one before you use it to get fired

In an experience that mimics my previous review, but this time with the eye rolling Dymond S. who would not utter a word to me despite my attempt at pleasantries - yet she would stop the transaction to say hello and see how someone (who was obviously a friend) was doing whilst the friend was walking out the door. Then immediately back to ignoring me. She then proceeded to throw my Veuve Clicquot into the same bag as the Tiger Sauce - with nothing but a small paper bag to contain the shards should they have busted against one another. And then without a word or even eye contact, held my receipt out for me to take. What is wrong with this location that their cashiers can't just be decent human beings and employ basic kindness to customers? We're not asking for a parade or to be fawned over, a simple response to a kind hello would suffice. But you choose to be nasty, without provocation, and I just cannot understand why.

I enjoy the workers every time I visit this store, Alan, Big J, John, Moe, etc. Are always welcoming faces. But their Management needs to go. On more than one occasion at Market Max (73029 LA-25, Covington, LA 70435), I have witnessed the manager behaving in a way that was extremely unprofessional. She was openly yelling at employees in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable and hostile environment for both staff and shoppers. It's difficult to feel welcome in a store where management appears to treat employees disrespectfully. I understand that retail can be stressful, but leadership sets the tone for the entire store. Addressing staff in a calm and respectful manner--especially in front of customers--would go a long way toward improving the atmosphere. This location has potential, but it truly needs stronger, more professional management. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a healthier environment for both employees and customers.
