I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.

I finally tried another local compounding pharmacy in Mandeville but they kindly directed me to this company in Covington. They were so helpful and genuinely friendly, I was overwhelmed. They took the time to talk to me about what I was getting, how it might effect me and if I was comfortable with all the things I'd have to use. Their facility looks like it could be a satellite location for NASA! Unbelievably clean and professional! You can rest assured that they take the manufacturing of your medicine or supplements seriously. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After a few more days, I had still not heard from them, so I called to see if it was ready to be picked up and they said that it still hadn't been made. The very next day they called me at 4:30PM to say it was ready to be picked up, but that they close at 5. There was no way I was going to make it there in time. The following day, I took my lunch break to drive & pick it up. When I got there, the door was locked and all the lights were turned off. I called and they said they would send someone out to open the door for me. Several minutes later, I called again and said I'm still standing here in front of your front door. They said they'd moved to a different location 30 minutes away. As I was on my lunch break, I couldn't make that happen. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is a picture of where I went. Google Maps led me here. The giant sign led me to believe that I had arrived at the right place. Now they want to charge me $20 to ship it to me. It's either that or an hour round trip for me to go pick it up. Never using these people again.
