I called our insurance company and this is not true. After doing research I found out pharmacists make more money filling 30 days vs 90. They did this to me last month. My son is 26 and aged out on insurance. The last two months, they have filed his prescriptions on our insurance. I called two months ago asking to remove his insurance from the system. They did not. I included notes this month saying no insurance, cash purchase and asked for 90 days. They gave him 30 days AGAIN. I made them fix their mistake today. She was not happy about being called out. I was NOT happy either. Do not take their word. Call your insurance company. Do not accept a 30 day supply. Very disappointed in Hinkle! We have good experiences until the last two months. Do better!

I don't remember her name, but many thanks to her because I found exactly what I needed at this new store. The store has a HUGE selection of natural hair products, which is great for a lady liked me who has natural hair. The store also had a wide variety of wefted & crotchet hair, wigs, accessories, makeup, and a lot more. I believe this store could eliminate the need to find order items from online because I could probably find exactly what I needed or something similar at this store. On top of that, the employees were helpful. The manager (he may have been the owner) was very nice. He asked me how I like the store and I gave him my feedback. They definitely earned a new customer this past Saturday.

This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.
