I made a quick trip to Bath & Body Works to pick up my FREE birthday item. Since it's located inside the mall, which is not exactly my natural habitat, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I parked in the deck, zipped in, grabbed my item, and zipped right back out. The employees were very helpful and pleasant, which made the quick stop even better. Great store! I'd say I'll be back... but let's be honest, I'm not sure I'm brave enough to take on the mall again anytime soon. read more

I've visited this B&BW a few times. The staff was verrry helpful and friendly as soon as we walked in! I proudly turned down their offer of getting a shopping basket. Because , no! Haha We came in for hand soaps which happened to be 3.95. Great deal! We didn't overdue it - only got 3 and also 1 hand spray. The store is well organized and easy to navigate. Bath & Body Works has built-in incredible business on offering a product that indulges your senses and luxuriates your skin. Candles, lotions, creams, Etc all the offer you away to pamper yourself and honestly not break the budget. This by no means means that it is inexpensive, however, Bath & Body Works does gives you items that makes your life a little more indulgent and allows your soul to smile a bit broader. Look for the specials that they often run, this will be a way to save a bit of money and your search for these little luxuries. I would strongly recommend a visit to Bath & Body Works, whether it is this location in the Galleria Mall where any of their other locations. I have also use their online shopping and found it a good way to get presents to people far away periods as an additional footnote, their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with a missing box and without question they sent another one and when the original box showed up three weeks after it was supposed to, I reached out to customer service and they told me to keep it. So, yes I would recommend this particular brand. read more

Not too much to say about this location since every store is the same, but what this location stands out the most is there awesome customer service. As soon as we walk in, we were greeted by a friendly employee that told us her name and let her know if we needed any help. While I was looking at the men's fragrance, another associate asked if I'm finding everything alright. Bath & Body Works will forever be one of my favorite stores, especially this location. They have always got some sort of sale going on. They are also really good about sending me coupons in the mail. I came here last week and walked away with a full sized handsoap and full sized body scrub for $2.00 and some change after a sale and stacking two coupons. Regular price for the handsoap was about $6.50 and the body scrub was priced at $13.50. I rarely ever buy anything here for the regular price, so I promise you the deals exist! I always have such a fun time trying on their products in store. The employees here are so helpful. I've been seeing more and more guys work here, so don't be afraid to walk in here if you're a guy! read more

This store is well laid out and normally has a pretty good amount of people working to help you find what you want. I used to just go in and want to "look" but now I just tell people what I am thinking about and I can get out of there a lot faster. People complain about the price but I buy stuff on sale and with coupons (sign up for the email list) and this stuff is definitely high quality. It is my understanding that if you dont like something you can return it for an exchange even if you have used like half of the bottle! When is this place not having a sale? They should really just say EVERYDAY LOW PRICES. Makes me laugh a bit. Having said that they always have a sale and usually its a BOGO.
