Got my brows waxed today by Blake, he does an amazing job and takes so much pride in his work. Bercuse does my color, but I tend to stick to the basics. However, I have seen some more exotic colors that she has done. If it can be done, she can do it. I highly recommend them for your beauty needs. As for the store, they have pretty much anything beauty. Depending on what day you go, don't expect them to be very friendly or helpful. The prices are reasonable and they have promotions often. Also, just like anywhere else they too have a rewards program. If you're on 280 and need fragrance, lipstick, shaving balm, a haircut or color or maybe a brow service... you should definitely stop in.

My first massage therapist was a little more "handsy" than I would appreciate, but chalked it to his style and picked another massage therapist the second time I went. The second time was better than the first time. I scheduled a third appointment with the same therapist I saw the second time, and upgraded to a 90 minute massage. During the entire 90 minutes, after I flipped onto my back the front of my body wasn't massaged in any way. I asked management why a full body, 90 minute massage didn't include the front and I did not get a good answer. I was asked if I'd like to book my next appointment, to which I said no (as always so I can book when I'm ready). I noticed in the app a few weeks later that an appointment had been booked on my behalf. Additionally, I received a request to leave a review and I did and asked to be contacted by management, which I was never contacted. Today, I called to cancel the appointment and told Jess that I did not make the appointment and that I did not appreciate her staff booking it on my behalf after I said no. She was able to see when the appointment was booked, which was the time of my last appointment. I told her again, I stated no when asked and she stated back in return that she did not believe me. I asked her why I would book, when I left a negative review and asked to be contacted by management, which also never happened. She stated that she emailed me, and when I told her that I never received an email she said I was lying rather than verifying my email address. At the end of the call, she stated she was emailing my a cancellation form for my membership, which I also have yet to receive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had management addressed my concerns professionally and directly, I would likely continue business at another location instead, however I will now never use Massage Envy again. For something that should be a relaxing experience, it's been rather stressful and uncomfortable each time.

Regarding of the size of the tattoo, It's greedy, inhumane, and just bad customer service. The primary consumer base for Laser Away is female, and I'm disgusted that a company that caters to women is unashamedly nickel-and-diming us for numbing cream. I wasn't even offered an ice pack. The staff was professional but this situation was trash. When I've had tattoo removal treatments at other places, pain relief was simply a common sense part of the process. Customer satisfaction is definitely Not a priority as ample time was given to make it right before I just got up and left without completing the session. The customer service person who responds to these can also save the "we're always looking for ways to improve" as y'all can just start with the problem listed and can feel free to contact me to make it right.
