Christmas Day dilemma....a family member with Covid and our regular pharmacy (as well as others…read morenear us) was closed...how can we get their prescription filled? Posted a note on a neighborhood social site seeking suggestions and someone mentioned they were reasonably sure this one was...even on Christmas Day. Phoned the pharmacist (Jason) who was able to transfer the prescription to his store and fill it. Drove 45 minutes to Columbia to pick it up and was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Teresa) at the Drive-Thru. Prescription filled immediately and I rushed back to Franklin with the meds. What a blessing! Super accommodating service by caring and professional staff. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Other notes: I glanced inside and saw all staff wearing masks but several customers were not - so Social Distancing and safety measures may or may not be enforced. On plus side...Open 24 hours, Curbside pick up and Twin Drive-thru lanes.

At the Columbia, TN Walmart you have to 1st check to make sure your script is what the doctor ordered. Then if you don't have insurance and you use GoodRX you have to tell them so they can redo your script paperwork for that. Than you go to another line to have the script rung up. Then go to another line for the Pharmacist to ask you if you have any questions. Why can't they do everything at one time with one person? :-( To much trouble. Going to Kroger's.

Unfortunately, my experience with one of the women who works there was very different. She told me that my prescription had expired when it had not, and her communication was unnecessarily rude. I had used this pharmacy for many years. However, this employee lied about when she mailed my prescription and included a note reiterating that a second prescription had expired, which was untrue and stated in the note that an updated prescription would need to be sent to ANOTHER pharmacy. I explained over the phone that I could provide an address where they were licensed to send my prescriptions, but she remained rude and felt the need to hand write a note and slip it in with my medication. As a result, I decided not to use this pharmacy again. I won't allow one rude and incompetent employee to cloud my overall opinion or cause me to give the pharmacy a poor review. I have always appreciated the pharmacist and the quality of the products, but this experience with this particular employee has led me to take my business elsewhere.
