Testing is done right there out in the open for everyone to see in the front of the store. Then the guy who does the testing was on a personal call, talking loudly and laughing away. I thought that was very unprofessional and although I didn't say anything about it, he said "I'm sorry, I'm laughing because my friend told me a joke". Like really? So to put the icing on the cake!
