CVS at 1800 highway 50 Clermont Florid. Do not go here. My Veterinarian gave me a prescription for my dog and told me CVS was the cheapest place. So I took the script to CVS next to my Vets office. The next day I went to pick it up and was told they needed more information on the medication strength. the Pharmacist told me they didn't have it in stock but the one in Clermont did. She transferred the script to them. I waited till the next day to pick it up and when I drove the 10 miles out there to 1800 Highway 50. I was then told that it wasn't in stock and would be there the next day. This is after i was told they had it in stock. I left empty handed and went home. Got a call at 3:00 saying it wasn't ready for pick up. So the next morning I drove out there again. The first clerk said there was no prescription there for me And to see the girl at drop off. The girl at drop off said there was a problem with the prescriptions strength and needed to call the Vet. I told the girl this was already done at the other CVS pharmacy. and that this was twice I was told it was ready for pick up. She tried to,convince me it was an automated call. I stopped her and told her I spoke to a live person from that location. She rolled her eyes and said they were mistaken. I gave her a few choice words and left. Been a customer here for a few years and had no complaints until today. The pharmacist here turned out to be a very confrontational person. I asked him on the phone a simple question about a CVS message that was confusing and incorrect as it turned out to be. Instead of graciously explaining to me the message was incorrect, he coldly and briefly gave me a non-answer repeatedly, not addressing the issue. And proceeded to disconnect. I visited the location the next day and he confronted me again in an aggressive manner. He told me I had harassed his employees and proceeded to close out my account. I had had no dealings whatsoever with any of his employees. This person clearly has problems with appropriate customer service. The issue was clearly a glitch with the CVS messaging system. Any normal person dealing with consumers should have been able to explain that, apologize in the name of CVS and move on. This person instead decided to escalate the matter unnecessarily. If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy experience of my life. The regular employees were great it was the arrogance of the actual pharmacist and the way he did the very minimum that really showed his character. He seemed miserable just existing. I'm sure there's nothing but regret and chili dogs inside him. Sometimes even pharmacists can act like tyrants. I feel bad for the employees because they all seemed pretty nice. This guy just doesn't want to be there lol he probably should quit if he hates his job/life so much. A friend of mine was a pharmacist for years and hated it so much he changed jobs and has never been happier. read more

This Pharmacy is Horrible , I have a family member in a Home near them ,and they always want scripts refilled here for the Family member. They never have it ready, They will not answer the phone . Very unpleasant when you approach them . Also with the Spike in Covid rising again they funnel all the people into a small area to wait for there drugs . Worst pharmacy ever. My daughter's dad's pharmacy closed right at 7:00 and my daughter needed medicine from being ill. I went to pick it up since it was resent by the dr to this location. The guy seemed beyond lazy he said they couldn't do it because it would be out of pocket then I said fine how much is it exactly then he said around $80 for one. I said okay maybe I'll get it (she needs it to help her feel better) he said oh it will be at least an hour so it is better for it to be transferred and we can fill it tonight and it can be ready in the morning when the script is canceled so you can just pay the copay. I work all day and only get a short window to pick up the script tomorrow so if the trip takes more than 5 minutes I'll right another review. read more

I just wanted to pick up my prescription and everyone told me I needed to be in a different place. Right off the bat I got major attitude for trying to verify my insurance, which I was told I would need to do when I had called earlier. The pharmacist I spoke to was extremely short with me, and told me to have a seat in the waiting area because my script wasn't ready yet. After waiting for 30 minutes, hearing other names being called, finally someone ASKED IF I WAS WAITING FOR A PRESCRIPTION, which you would think would have been communicated to someone after I had initially gone up to the counter. PS. Make sure to check the expiration dates on anything over the counter, because I will unfortunately have to go back there one more time to return this Benadryl that expired in March of 2018 read more

This pharmacy is horrible. Not only did they give us the wrong medication twice for my grandson. I went in at 1:30 am to get pain medicine and was told he couldn't fill it because his coworker was leaving and he had other peoples prescriptions in front of mine. Mind you I was the ONLY one in the pharmacy!!!! So why be open 24 hrs if you can't get a prescription filled?!?! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Dropped off a script on Thursday morning andwas told it would be ready in and hour and a half. I went back today, Sunday, and it still wasn't ready! WTF!?! Not exactly the closest pharmacy to me but the only one my insurance will accept. I'm almost ready to go to another pharmacy and pay for my medications. horrible ,,,, I waited in drive thru 60 min to get a prescripti while my mother who just had surgery was home alone. There was 5 vehicles in front of me when I arrived. this has always been a problem. I am done with CVS. All the lady could do was just shake her head when I said something. Worst pharmacy ever. And they just don't care. Tried providing feedback on extreme waiting times and they just don't care to listen but instead want to be defensive and give you ten excuses. They do not own their shortcomings and are literally the worse when in comes to service in Clermont. Need to change pharmacy ASAP. Do NOT go there. read more

Easter Sunday 4/04/2021! I stopped at CVS early this morning around 4 am to get some household items. As I arrived to the CVS I seen Carlos walking to his car which is a old Toyota Camry. I went in & shopped. I went to my car to get my coupon that I left and I then seen Carlos using a cordless blower & blowing the side of the CVS building. I went back in and finished checking out. When I got back to my car it was debris all over the hood & windshield of my car! I went back into the store & found Carlos. I told Carlos what he did. Carlos said give me 2 seconds & I did! Carlos went & got the blower and the blower was dead. Carlos got fresh with me and Carlos asked me where did I work at! Carlos was acting creepy! Carlos told me that he was not going to wash my car! I told Carlos I never asked you to wash my car. I asked Carlos if he could charge the blower up for about 5 minutes so he could blow my car off! Carlos told me to leave the store! I walked back in & got Ashley who originally helped me! Ashley apologize on Carlos behalf & said she'll blow my car off after she seen my car! Guess what Carlos still never charged the blower up so she couldn't help me! Ashley told me that she'll let upper management know I told her that I'll call upper management as well! Neither CVS associate had in badges on their shirt so I took a photo of Carlos to have for management and my review. When I took the photo of Carlos he walked up on me aggressively and told me take another picture & see I what I do and he repeated himself! Ashley told Carlos to stop & he ignored her! I called 911 Ashley waited outside with me when I asked & then when officers arrived she asked the Clermont Police to tress-pass me! I was trespass with no paperwork giving to me! I was trespass from a store that I trade with because a store associate decided to blow debris on my car and threaten me! As the hours moved on I was still there with the officers. Another store associate that came on shift by the name of Matt or Nick asked what happen even though Ashley had already informed him! I tried explaining which I never got a chance to finish because he told me to delete the photos of his associate with him watching! If I did he will speak to upper management about getting the tress pass dropped. He asked the officers if it was illegal for me to take a photo of his coworker! The officers said no not in the state of Florida! The store associate told me that he was going to offer me a car wash but since I refused to delete the photos never-mind I never refused to delete the photos but he wanted a trade off basically! So he intimidated me and use a scare tactic by telling me that he'll get my information and take civil action if I wrote or posted a public review! Good reviews are okay but not horrible reviews! Mind you Google ask you to share your experience! So I'm sharing my experience! Oh the guy that wanted me to do the trade for the photos in return of dropping the trespass name was either Nick or Matt! I'm not sure because no one seems to wear their badges at this location! Oh and I'm not sure if I mentioned but Ashley & Carlos are both managers also but Ashley was in charge! I can't believe this is what CVS hires as managers! This is the most raciest CVS ever! CVS makes their money off of consumers like me that spend money in their store! No customers mean no work! Customer Service isn't what it use to be! I've seen the videos on YouTube about CVS mistreating customers! I never thought I would have to experience it but I did! I called and reported the incident to 1-800-SHOP CVS! I hope my issue is resolved! I can't believe Carlos wanted to beat me up; I'm a woman! CVS hires the wrong people! It's some good employees there I must say but there are some bad employees at CVS that out way the good ones! read more

I was walking around waiting on a script and a shelf stocker Rudely yelled at me loud enough for the whole store to hear " excuse me sir do you need help" !!! I said nope I'm bored waiting for a script, he stared at me till I made my way back to the pharmacy. I normally wouldn't be upset but his volume, tone and his all-around body language was uncalled for on Christmas Eve of all days. read more

I can't recommend the minute clinic either. My wife went there last Friday to get a sore throat checked out. Looked like strep throat. The clinic hours say they opened at 8am, my wife arrived at 830. The nurse got there at 9 am, an hour after they should have been available, and had to wait an additional half hour to be seen. They did the quick rapid test for strep throat and it was negative. As the quick strep tests miss actual cases of strep, a sample was supposed to be sent out for the normal laboratory test. Four days later we get a call from the minute clinic saying they forgot to send out the test to the lab, but my wife is "invited" to come back for another free rapid test. Lazy and incompetent. Go elsewhere if you value your healthcare. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

The pharmacy had done very well here! Friendly and fast. I used to go to publix but have transferred my scripts here. I like this place.

I had to wait 4 hours to be seen at the minute clinic... which could have easily been cut down if they had both physicians instead of only one, whom by the way looked at me as I was the last person there and locked up and went on lunch break for an hour. I have strep throat which got worse within the hour of me sitting there... let alone 4./: the physician was very nice though. And so were the pharmacists. Maybe have both physicians there during flu season ? read more

Terrible customer service. Each time I've had to wait much longer than estimated (once twice as long). I kept trying to give them another chance, but each time I go they are rude and late with my prescriptions. I'm done with them. Save your trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I would strongly recommend against the minute clinic here. We had to return three times to have necessary and required paperwork filled out. Luckily we checked papers before leaving the store the last time. It really isn't that hard. read more
