I searched everywhere for my card after I left. I went back to see if I dropped it in the drive-thru and it was not there. The very nice young lady had her manager check the video to be sure she put it in the bag. I was sure she had. Searched everywhere at home and in the car. The manager called me back to say she reviewed the video and she did put it in the bag. Still could not find it in the car...anywhere. My son stopped by the house and said he would look as it was now dark. He found it in my car! Thank you Walgreens for being so kind and thorough! Excellent customer service! read more

A new and very clean location, definitely A-OK. The biggest issue here was the checkout. There were about six people in line ahead of us and for awhile there was only one cashier checking people out. After a bit another associate was able to come up and help, and then after a bit more a manager came up to help. So be ready to wait in line. The store was well stocked and had a very "new" feeling. They had standard pricing and merch you'd expect for this chain. I do like to shop them for seasonal items when it comes close to that particular holiday as they do sale pricing. Overall: B Needs a bit of work on the checkout end, but otherwise a regular experience in a new / clean store. read more

Fill your prescriptions elsewhere. They are hardly ever open. When they come back for breaks they take their TIME opening back up. I went once and they didn't open the drive through until 5 minutes after their break ended. Came in the other day to pick up a prescription that wasn't filled yet and with no body behind me, I asked how long, they said 30 minutes and I asked "no quicker than that?" as it was already a prepackaged medication and she said "no, we just opened and are trying to get settled in." You get "settled in" prior to opening so that you're open and operational when customers come to you. I'd understand if they had other people with the same request but I asked for an urgent fill while at the store. I was feeling really ill. My prior Walgreens would've said 15 minutes MAXIMUM. You need 30 minutes to rip of 3 zofran pills and put them in a bottle? read more

I ran out of meds which was not Walgreens fault but mine. The meds were expensive and I became very sick. I went to two other Walgreens. The fist one didn't have it in stock. The second did not either but they were willing to look for a location that did. Clermont Walgreen has it in stock and the pharmacy team was kind, polite and got it to me within 5-10 minutes. Service here has gotten progressively worse. NO SENSE OF URGENCY by the staff. Poor.

The walgreens is new and clean, the staff up front are polite. Their problem lies in the pharmacy. Wednesday, I walked in with a prescription I needed filled soon for my daughter. Up front, I will say I should've had the refill done well before I needed it but I figured a day was enough time to have it filled. Anyways. It was 8:45 PM Wednesday. I walk in with script. Initially, the pharmacist quickly rejected my prescription saying this is for Orlando health, which I knew (obviously) but needed to have it filled at this Walgreens. She then said she could have someone call the following morning and transfer the prescription to that walgreens. I thought, no big deal because my daughter has another dose or more left for the following morning. Before making a trip over on Thursday, I call ahead to try and be proactive and when I finally reach someone at Walgreens they talked to me like they have never heard of me before or my daughter or our prescription. This was disappointing especially considering I watched the lady do the transfer form the night before. Anyways, he says they're all over it blah blah ok and that I'll get a text when it's ready. No text Thursday. I get a text notification this morning, Friday that her prescription is ready. YAY! Finally, still kinda bummed because at this point I could only give my daughter half her dose. (I should've filled it sooner). Anyways, I head to Walgreens and walk in and the pharmacist tells me, we don't have it in stock. Umm. Why would I get a text notification that it's ready if you don't even have it. If the staff wouldn't have been negligent in passing along the transfer information, my daughter would have already had her meds and I wouldn't have had to go to the other Walgreens in clermont and be greeted by their rude staff. read more

Went the other day to pick up a RX and the boy behind the pharmacy counter is NOT a people person at all and should not be working at a job where he has to deal with people. He was rude and refused to listen to anyone. All he cared about was to argue with customers. Went to talk to the store manager afterwards and he was WORSE. Will not step foot in that store again. read more

My experience was with the pharmacy only - at 4am it took less than five minutes to fill a prescription, the pharmacy manager working (older female, extremely friendly) called over to the hospital to change my prescription because she said she had a generic that was $50 cheaper. She offered this without prompting, by the way. I was touched by her kindness. She also had a great sense of humor for working the graveyard shift and made small talk while taking care of me. I haven't had that same experience with other Walgreens. I removed a star because I noticed a few customers at the front of the store calling for a cashier and a staff member walking from the back of the store shouting, 'I'm coming, I'm coming, hold on.' - which I thought was unprofessional. The pharmacy, however, was a lovely experience. Tip: make sure you scan your walgreens card at the pharmacy, that took my bill total down another $15, which was impressive. read more

Recommend using any other Walgreens to fill prescriptions... I write this while waiting at another Walgreens who is able to get the job done. I had used this location for a while but after being barely acknowledged by the pharmacy staff and having to wait for the prescription each and every time it was time for a change. I asked the staff to cancel my refill and I would go elsewhere ... more on to that part of the story later. Before leaving I spoke with the manager just to let him know of the issues and was told that it was the "Black Friday" for prescriptions which makes no sense and did not explain my previous visits. I suggested that the system that tells me the time the prescription is ready is flawed and should be examined giving realistic times... also that a little customer service goes a long way (ie welcome we will be right with you). After receiving a blank stare I left and called the other Walgreens who could comply with my requests. So that is where I sit now ... the rte 50 Walgreens did not cancel the prescription as per my request so I am waiting at the counter for the good Walgreens to call the awful Walgreens ( so far on hold for 15 minutes). I will pursue this further with the appropriate regulatory agencies as I wait for my respiratory medication to aid my breathing So take home as pretty and shiny As the new Walgreens is, don't let them waste your time and find another ... better yet if your insurance allows for it try another pharmacy all together. read more

Went to the clinic and was give a prescription. The nurse was nice enough to give me a coupon for the medicine to have it filled at the Walgrenns store. The Medicine should have cost $21.00 but the Pharmacist charged me $42.00. And told me those coupons don't always work. I was in a hurry or I would of called the corporate office. I have no issue with Walgreens as a whole. Up until now, I would have to say my experiences have always varied between fair and very good... But today was the exception. Particularly their pharmacy on Hwy 50 & South Bloxam Ave. I drove up to the drive-thru window to pick up a prescription, that their voice system told me, was available. This woman, who seemed pleasant enough at first, became increasingly rude to me. Told me "that I was wrong", "that I had no prescription there", and that I should go to a different pharmacy. I asked if she had the right name; she did not. I had to repeat my name again. She then found my prescription, and told me that they don't fill this prescription. (Even though, Walgreens has filled this prescription for me several times.) I asked her, what I thought was a reasonable question at the time, why Walgreens would send me a voicemail then, if it wasn't available for me to pick up. She told me, and I'm paraphrasing a little here because I'm still shook up over the experience: "Look lady, we don't have this so-called prescription here. Now could you make up your mind and move along, you're holding up the line." If it wasn't for this person's rude, abrasive behavior, I would've simply taken this prescription to a different Walgreens. Instead I went home in tears. read more

I went to the Doctor office today because I was spitting blood, with cough and Bronchial Asthma! The Dr check me quickly and prescribed me antibiotics, Prednisone tab and a nebulizer! I went to this Walgreens store at 699 East Highway 50 and talked with Pharmacy store Manager, Mr. Eduardo Negron and told him if he could give me the medication quick due to my emergency condition and in a arrogant and with loss of manners he told me and my wife that he would do it in 30 minutes! That I had to wait! This is not the first encounter of this Pharmacist with my wife! The Dr ordered a inhaler which the copay of the inhaler was more than $400 and we told the Pharmacist if there was another option since we did not have the $ and he told us he could not do anything without a prescription from the DR! Another pharmacist technician female employee when she saw my wife crying, she explained to her to go to the Doctors office and get a prescription for the machine and the nebulizer and it would be a lot cheaper than paying the $400! We went to the Dr. Office and the prescription for the nebulizer was sent to the store and gave us the prescription for the machine! The respiratory nebulizer machine was $49:99 and the medication was $19:99 which is reasonable and we did not have to pay such a high copay! When my wife came back from the Dr. Office with the prescription of the respiratory nebulizer machine, Another Pharmacist told my wife he could not process it because it was out of stock and my wife showed him that there was one available at the store!It is a shame that Walgreens has in Mr. Eduardo Negron such a Pharmacist Store Manager for 13 years with such a poor Customer service! read more

Walgreens Health Care Clinic- two times we've gone there and two times we were treated like shit. Both times I have attempted to walk-in with my sick child on the weekend. No spots/appts were available online- so we try walk-in . Both times there is not one other soul in the waiting area. I attempt to knock on locked security door for assistance and I'm ignored. I wait for 40 minutes. In the sign in screen it indicates they should have seen 2 others patients come through..... that didn't exist!!! Finally the so called doctor walks out and explains it's now her lunch break!!!! That certainly benefits my son spiking a fever!!!!! What a joke! Point in case- poorly run system, zero customer service or concern for patient care! I guess this place only works for those who have a planned illness!! I'll never be back! I tried to transfer a prescription and they couldn't even figure that out. Took me three days and several phone calls and eventually a visit to figure out that they have no idea what they're doing. They could have at least called me - but I guess they can't even figure that out. Edit - they seem to be better now in their new building. So far so good. read more

Walgreens is nice and clean, But unfortunately, lady middle age who was cashier registered today around 2: 14 pm, she was only one who was in register in the afternoon, who was very rude and very unprofessional with me and looking me for fight for no reason, and When I asked her to speak with the supervisor due to her rudness and other things, she called me the women wants to speak with you, yes thanks God I am a women, but besides that, details I am not putting here, she should be more educated herself and knows before she start working there, treat customers with respect, otherwise don't work there, I understand you need to deal with different kind of customers, but I also believe you need to treat people with respect, If, I am talking to you with respect, I think I deserve same respect. Manager should be more on top of her specially and retrain her, other Spanish workers who were there, they were very nice, but her who was in front of cashier register wasn't at all, she should learn from other workers. read more
