I thought when you walk out with an item a person gets charged. Apparently items are all by weight and so if you pick up an item a person is charged. I went back later because the guard (girl working) knew I had only purchased the one item She told me I must have stuck the other charger in the wrong area so the weight sensor didn't catch it. Crazy- I will never shop at a store like this again. So beware picking up items can create a charge even if you don't walk out with the item. Seems like AI has a long way to go.

Even though it was warmed up, and not toasted, the sandwich was still cold in the middle of it. For $15.00, you could order at other locations and get a lot more food options. After many years, I have to be honest. This location is a downgrade to the one that was destroyed…read morenear me on 59th. I am forced to come to this location due to being the nearest since the destruction of my regular Walgreens. But you will wait 20 minutes in drive thru for medications, even if you are the only one in line. I just don't get it. I mean, having a drive thru is a privilege here, but 20 minutes wait time? And this is the 3rd time this has happened. I'd like to believe it's busy, but it isn't. The pharmacy just doesn't seem to have it together. I go inside and once again, the pharmacy is not busy but you wait so long just to pick up a prescription is not a good thing. When I ask the pharmacy what is with the long wait, they usually say its that we are shorthanded, but again I see that's not the case. Sorry to say this but I can't wait for my Walgreens to re-open as they are scheduled to do so, although it taking a very long time (the irony). But I will be honest, this location, although slow in the pharmacy, still has many items that are essential. Its very well kept and for the most part the employees are kind, BUT SLOW. Again, I don't usually post the negative, but I am compelled to keep my honesty when it comes to YELP.

I could see if I had an attitude or saying I am on my way to pick up but that wasn't the case. I was told wasn't happening. I spoke with a supervisor named Alexia and a lead manager named Jasmin neither of them could give to rats ass concerning my current situation and preferred to leave my girl without her medication. I spoke to the caproate office and they weren't much help either. I was told that I would get a call with-in 24 hours. What good did that do. I have been wanting to change that location and I guess this is the kick I needed to do so. What happen to providing excellent customer service. They showed me that they could care less and they have lost my business. I hope for anyone that reads this keeps this in mind.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been too and interacted with…read more Had surgery, dropped off my prescription post-op with my insurance, get a call 2 hours later that they were having trouble with insurance billing. I call back, wait on hold for 30 minutes, get transferred and hung up. Call back, same, talk to robot voice and again transferred and hung up. Then they lose the sheet with my prescription on it so can't transfer it...I end up calling my doctor back and have them call it right in to a different store. THIS WAS SERIOUSLY the worst CS I've ever dealt with. My problem was just passed around from staff to staff because no one wanted to deal with or couldn't...such a great experience right after surgery.
