Sick and tired of the pharmacy staff here. There is one woman whom works in the mornings who is ALWAYS miserable! She is always rude to people when they come into to pick up prescriptions by drive through or inside. It is like you are inconveniencing her because she has to do her job.
I can't come in to update my insurance information because I am working, so I called to do it so my husband can pick up his medication. She answers the phone and when I tell her I can't come in, she gets an attitude all of a sudden and tells me she will try and just hangs the phone up on me.
Not a 'Thank You For Call CVS Pharmacy, Have A Good Day' she just right out hangs up on me by slamming the phone.
If you don't like your job, quit.
So disappointed because there has been complaints about her before and they don't do anything. I am switching to another pharmacy this place is a joke. It only looks nice by appearance but the service inside is rotten! read more
