This pharmacy: 1) "lost" prescription information suddenly, and I had to go through a long process to explain to my providers that I know they'd already sent all the prescription information months ago for recurring medications, but they had to send it again. 2) never answers the phone. Many times I've been on hold for over thirty minutes without anyone picking up. 3) assured us they were working on a prescription, asked my husband to wait, and after over an hour finally said they didn't have it. After me going over again a few days later, they suddenly told me they actually didn't have it, nor did they expect to get it. They held my prescription hostage and never let me know! 4) would not give me a straight answer about another medication they may not have, and would not transfer the prescription, give me an estimated arrival time, or help me in any way. You are a customer-facing business. You are therefore expected to provide some kind of customer service--just the basics would be great. I cannot believe the level of negligence and disorganization at this branch. read more

Waited on the pharmacy phone for 55 min and it hung up on Mr, I called a 4:15. They do not communicate and they do not use the cvs app very well. Orders are not showing up. I have even had to call my doctor to assure the pharmacy has everything. If you don't have the drug then tell me what pharmacy does, so I can go to them. I waiting 1 month to get first prescription if I am signed up with your location, why would you not keep it in stock? read more

A complete and total mess. Regularly schedules deliveries, summons delivery drivers who then waste their time and gasoline coming all the way over there, then cancels the deliveries so the driver gets no pay and has wasted their time and gasoline losing money. read more

The woman who opened on Sunday the 14th was incredibly rude. I went up to the door not knowing when they opened, to see if they were open or when they opened. I reached the door and didn't get a chance to say a word before the woman snapped "Not. Open." Walgreens down the road is much better with how they speak to customers. read more

Manager (so she said) at this store is awful. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. Never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. If CVS wants return customers, they should fire her. read more

On multiple occasions, they don't have the prescription ready as shown on website and we had to come back. They don't seem seem to be able to fill common prescriptions and we often have to wait for several days. They don't have the coverage so they shut down for an hour for breaks. read more

I've never once had a good experience at this CVS, but I have to come here bc it's the closest CVS to me. Prescription is never ready when it says it is, staff seem so out of the loop, pharmacy is randomly closed in the middle of the day, the drive thru is often closed causing huge lines inside. Is the good life in the suburbs? It might be. Not only can you enjoy your white picket fence and ample room for your dog to roam, but you can also drive to awesome CVSs like this one. Yesterday, I stopped there to pick up a gift bag while on the way to my folks' house for Father's Day. Here are my initial impressions: -Huge pharmacy that also includes a drive-through. -Super clean. -Well stocked. The card section is ginormous. -Friendly staff members that will ask you every five minutes if you're doing okay. I replied numerous times, "Yes I am! Thanks for asking!" -Ample parking spots. I think this may be the CVS of all CVSs, and when compared to other convenient stores, I have no problem giving this location all the stars. read more

The drive through at this cvs is ridiculous. 40 minutes for 2 cars go through. This is happening repeatedly. The management team needs to figure out how to staff appropriately. read more

Great selection, spacious and ample parking in the store. Careful with some of the pharmacy staff. The older gentleman who is the lead pharmacist is terrific, the others are fundamentally careless. If he is not the one filling your prescription, definitely check to make sure it's correct. We had a unfortunate mishap relative to an incorrect medication, which the female staff apologized for profusely, but was still pretty disturbing. On the bright side, while they might not be particularly competent, they are definitely fun to watch. While I was shopping there yesterday one of the pharmacists (black hair, bags under his eyes, looks like he hasn't slept in weeks) was in a shouting match with a customer that was actually really entertaining. Insults going back and forth, etc. The lady next to me in the milk section couldn't stop laughing. You can't get that type of amusement at Walgreens. read more
