I don't really like this Sam's…read more I mainly use this location for the food court, and I've never really had a good experience here. The tables are always disgusting, and have never not been covered with crumbs and water marks. They're also always out of something, whether it be pretzels, pepperoni pizza, or hot dogs. The other day, they gave me a hot dog where the bun was literally falling apart, and couldn't support the dog in the middle. A lot of times, the pizza isn't fresh either and looks like it's been sitting in the oven for way too long. As for the rest of the store - it's really just your basic Sam's, although I don't always like their refrigerated section either. All-in-all, this is a below average club, and I'd utilize another one if able.

I am so happy to see the Miracle Aloe Cream is back at the Sam's Club on Harbison Blvd!…read more Been using this cream for a couple years now. I like that it is unscented and that the first ingredient is aloe! Cynthia, the lovely rep, tells us that the aloe from Hawaii... right on. It helps with my dry skin and I use it all over. Amazon Counter: Delivery…read more I am so glad that you can have your Amazon packages delivered here for pickup! At my apartment complex, we have an Amazon hub, but there have been many times they would deliver the item to your door instead. Due to me not being home often, I decided to just have them picked up from this location. Glad I get that option! The customer service here is always pleasant and friendly. This is a great alternative for your Amazon packages if you're not going to be home the day of your delivery.

Um, they are f@#$ing BAGS that are left at our front door, no one has EVER asked us to ACCEPT any deliveries from Whole Foods, so REFUSED? HUH? WTF? Went to amazon.com, asked Alexa what happened. No help whatsoever. Sent me a Customer Service chatbot, which, yeah, Alexa is too. Again, WTF?! CS chatbot could do absolutely nothing and couldn't even provide me with the capability to detail what the actual problem was. Call Whole Foods and actually got a f@!#ing human. She had the balls to tell me that I had to find out from Amazon what the problem was. I totally lost my cool, and she hung up on me. If there were any God d@#$ alternatives, I'd use them, but there aren't. We have been getting almost weekly Whole Foods deliveries from amazon.com since the beginning of Covid, so, what, 2019?! This is the first time this has ever happened, and absolutely the WORST F@#$ING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER, EVER, EVER ENCOUNTERED.

Had no regard for my time, the manager on duty didn't seem to care at all. Extremely unprofessional and condescending. Like she will get to you eventually. She should be mopping floors instead of her position. Surely. I suggest you go any other DG but this one. F that

Review April 2024, Went a few times now and it depends on the cooks, they have a new set of cooks. The gizzards don't taste as good as with the other cooks. After getting the bag, I immediately regretted it. Paid over $16 and all I could think about was how many packs of liver and gizzards I could get from the store or what other places we could have went to. The food is way too salty. So you will have to wash them down with something. The large size is not what I expected. I thought it would be a decent box of them. No, their portion size is the worst. Their large looks like a small. It is better to cook these things at home if you know how. At least that is what we will be doing for now on.
