The worst CVS Pharmacy in America and man is that a low bar. Drive through opens late and then they tell you to come in. RX are never ready (even though app alerts you they are) or you have to wait while they "rebuild it". Customer service is non-existent and every person behind the counter has the worst RBF you've ever seen. They can't even fake being sorry about their horrible processes. They simply don't care. I have never had a smooth transaction where I simply pick up my meds, in almost three years. I'm done. Never going to this location again. read more

The one on DAVIS DRIVE IS DANGEROUS, they refilled the wrong prescription for me an did not even care when I called them, they hung up on me. So now i have 5 bottles of one that is wrong and none of the one I need. I am92 with Parkinsons and sent someone to get this for me. The pharmacy people told me not their responsibility to see if I got the right one but the person picking it up is responsible. Can u believe that. Last week they called and told me i had one ready and when someone went to get it they said I had none to be filled, told them yes I got a call and then they said oh our error but you will have to wait for us to fill it. I don't think I've ever been so irate at a company's lack of customer service as I was today. I went to pick up three prescriptions shortly before 1:30 (they break for lunch at 1:30). I mentioned multiple times i had THREE different transactions for THREE different people/pet. The tech still asked for each person's information which I thought weird if you have to do them separately but I had already told her....She collects them then scans them all. I once again said, okay but it's supposed to be three different transactions and she was like yeah, it's fine. I said but one is for a dog....they can't use my insurance. "Oh it's okay, we can still do one transaction". I said no, I said three. One is for me and to be put on MY FSA, the other for my sister on HER FSA and another for my dog on a debit card. At this point another tech comes up and they say "oh, well we can't do that, we have to go to lunch, we go at 1:3" and it was, after this amount of time, 1:30). I said, I understand you need to go to lunch but I asked for three transactions, why can't you do that for me now? Then someone further behind pipes up and mumbles to which I said- what did you say? She looks at me briefly and starts walking away while saying "they have to go lunch and it would takes us 30 minutes to do that." I said, well I came before 1:30 and I repeatedly told her I need three transactions. She just ignored me and walked away as I asked for her name. Then when I asked the tech she seemed timid to do so but I'm not sure if the girl said she didn't care if I was told but the tech gave me the name. Then I just sit there waiting and the tech goes- Okay, well we'll be back in a few minutes and SHUT THE WINDOW AND BLINDS ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately parked and went into the store and they all three came out for their lunch as I went to talk to a CVS associate. I was given the store manager, RX manager and corporate number but the associate seemed surprised when I mentioned this person who apparently is the PHARMACIST walked away. This pharmacy has had it's issues but never before have I been treated like this. I was REFUSED service simply because they had to go to lunch??? I was there BEFORE your lunch period and had the tech done as I told her over and over they could have left in time. I've contacted corporate but who knows if anything will be done. I didn't get the techs names but the pharmacist name is Taylor. This is the 1123 Kildaire Farms Rd, Cary, NC, 27511 location. No one deserves this treatment but especially the attitude coming from a PHARMACIST? If her employees so badly needed to go on lunch the least she could have done was come fix my problem herself. Corporate wouldn't even send me same day delivery for this outrageous encounter. I've moved my medicines to another group and will no longer be using CVS. I've never been refused service! read more

I was there to ask about my medication nobody answered except nice girl there her name Kelly is doing great job to advise me where I can go she made too many calls to find my medication and transferred me to another location in Tryon toad because in her location is out of stock.finally thank u Kelly and have happy Easter read more

The pharmacists seem helpful, but there are one or two "cash register staff" that completely kill any type of positive customer service. Some of the people on that team have no business whatsoever working in customer service. read more

If I could give this CVS negative 5 stars I would. I had a horrific experience tonight with the pharmacy, I have asthma and have had it for 21 years and I was refused my asthma medication, there was no issues with , my insurance, it was not too early to pick it up- the Pharmacist BAVAN simply refused to give me medication required for me to be able to breathe, on top of that I've had Bronchitis for 8 weeks and let him know that and he still refused to give me any medication that was placed and I was told I could pick up. I actually waited in line for 25 minutes in the rain to pick it up, was told to come back in 15 minutes and came back but was told I'm not getting medicine that is medically necessary for me to live. BAVAN proceeded to tell me that my doctor needs to call him to tell him I can use this medicine and I said that if you have the prescription that I've been getting for years that you know my doctor has said I need it, he still refused. I called my doctors office and they sent over a new script and called him to let him know I do need the medication and he told my doctors office that he is refusing to give me it. I called the store manager which was useless, as he said there is nothing I can do. Ive emailed corporate and I will be contacting the board of pharmacy as I'm sure what happened to me is illegal. I will also be pursing legal action as I still do not have my medication and if I were to have an asthma attack tonight and die that would be at the fault of CVS for not providing me my medically necessary asthma medication. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to my WORST ENEMY, IF YOU LIKE WAITING FOREVER, RUDE PHARMACY TECHS, REFUSALS OF YOUR MEDICATIONS UNDERSTAFFED AND PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH GO HERE. Ordered a print here and called before driving 25 minutes out to this location to ensure that my print would be printed and ready so I did not waste almost an hour in the car. Was told by the manager that the print would be ready within 10 minutes of me calling. When I arrived, I was told that the printer was actually broken and he just lied to me on the phone because he assumed it was ready. Horrible service and terrible manger. So angry. I wish I could give it negative Stars this place is the absolute worst cvs ever and the manager who lied to me didn't even apologize read more

If it were possible to give this pharmacy zero or negative stars then I would do so and have certainly given them plenty of opportunities to provide even a basic level of service within the last 10+ years of using them. They are consistently rude, unhelpful and provide miss information regarding prescriptions. There is often an extremely long wait in the drive-through and inside and they will tell you quite often to come back to pick up a prescription only to drive back and then be told that it's still not ready or in the case today that they actually did not even have the particular common antibiotic in stock. Highly recommend finding another pharmacy unless you absolutely have to use this particular one based on your health insurance plan. read more

Service is only good if you leave your prescription and pick it up 3 days after. They are understaffed. I feel sorry for the pharmacist which is running back and forth. Trying to answer the phone and dispatch medications. I feel worried that they might give me or someone the wrong medication because of the stress they have. Do not waste your time getting a covid shot here. They don't tell you this up front, but it takes 3-4 business days to get the results back. On top of that, they use a less accurate self-administered test that only tests inside your nose, not your throat. read more

Hi there to echo a previous review I've used cvs for over 25 years. I've seen bad ones, terrible ones and frankly super fantastic ones. This one is truly amazing. My one and only suggestion is get to know the pharmacist and pharmacy staff. I guarantee you'll learn something new but it's also helpful to have someone you know to talk to. While I hope the turnover subsides that's the nature of the industry. Let's hope the crew now will be retained for a while. BTW I work with Michelle and she is amazing. read more

If you are getting a PCR test to travel or be able to go back to work, do not go to the CVS. My daughter needs a PCR test to return to school and we are on day 6 waiting for results. She's missing school because of it. They advertise results in 2-3 days but 6 or longer in NOT OK. Don't take appointments if you're this far behind. Finally pulled the plug on CVS. After several attempts to pick up prescription this week I'm done. For years I've dealt with issues with just about every prescription I've taken here. I'm actually surprised when I have one with no issues. I submitted a refill through the app. It was supposed to be ready Wednesday. Then Thursday, then Thursday by 5:55pm. I called Friday around 1:30 and they said they would have it ready by 3. I stopped in Saturday morning and they still didn't have it ready. #shouldhaveneverleftWalgreens. read more

So fed up with store 7311 in Cary NC - for the now 6th time in 7 months (many more before that as well ) I have to try to Jump through hoops to get A script filled. The store has had the prescription from the doctor since Friday - they didn't have enough meds to fill it - never called me , or ordered the meds. I show up today to pick it up and there are no meds to pick up. They Can't send an e-script from location to another - so now again I have to scramble to get dr office to send again with no notice from the pharmacy at this point he needs the medication tomorrow morning. I waited the weekend to pick it up so that they would have the medication. I was assured three months ago they would be placing this medication on auto re-order as 3 months ago it had been months that they didn't have it any time we needed it. Last month is the only month out of 7 I got it filled at the location on my side of town. Good thing I was off today or I would have been scrambling after hours to try to get this all completed. This is ridiculous and if it wasn't for the fact that we have to use CVS pharmacy due to benefit restrictions I would never step foot in one again. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions used to be filled at Kroger they have repeatedly not filled my prescription on time this is the 3rd time now that they said they would have it ready for me and don't, it's bad because I'm completely out of the medications that I have to take and the fact that they tell me it will be ready and then don't have it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm 100% fed up and looking for a different pharmacy to transfer to. read more

I've been meaning to write a review about this particular CVS. I've been going here for many many years. I love the fact that you can earn extra "bucks" through the reward cRd as well as their newest pharmacy rewards program though I wish they just linked it all a little better. I can use the rewards (this week I have $8 to spend) plus multiple coupons at the same time, which means I often get free stuff! it is great! The beauty products often are on sale or deep discounted (50 or 75%off) and labeled accordingly...easy to spot! The vitamin area often has buy one get one free which is wonderful ! I used to know the pharmacist well but he moved to another location. right now I have no idea who the new person iis. my man complaint is that the pharm tech staff keep changing and it is frustrating. otherwise, this is a great store and pharmacy! read more

This is not the closest CVS to my house, but I like to go here. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. I am always greeted with a warm hello from the cashier when I walk through the front door, and the pharmacy staff have always been quite helpful and empathetic. One of the pharmacists went out of his way to help me when my insurance company was being difficult; he could simply have said, "I'm sorry, it's coming back denied," but he spent quite a while chasing down the problem and eventually got it settled for me. I don't think I'll be taking my business anywhere else. read more

Could not fill routine prescription in a timely manner. "Come back tomorrow" is not good service

A young lady named Pooja started our transaction by giving me the "talk to the hand" gesture while she keyed in her password. Not a good start. When she was ready I told her I needed to pick up prescriptions for my father. She asked me for his address. Then she asked me for his birthday. Then she pulled out one prescription from the bin. I have been getting two prescriptions at the same time from this store for every 90 days for almost a year now. She told me that my father had picked up the other prescription a month earlier. My father is house bound and does not drive. She kept arguing with me until someone else intervened. She came back and told me that it would take 15 minutes to fill second script. I waited and they called me in less than one minute. Of course, the second prescription was already ready and Pooja was more interested in arguing than helping a customer. Very poor customer service. read more

When you go to pick up your prescription, they can never find me in the computer, then have no idea why I am there. I have to have my doctor call them repeatedly to get them to actually fill an order. Girl working the county calls out the name of your medications loudly in front of everyone standing in line. So everyone in the store gets to know what you are taking. No professionalism or competence to be found at this pharmacy. read more
