They really need to improve how they manage customers, especially when it's something as routine as an insurance update and prescription pickup. Wasted 45 minutes for what should've been a quick visit. They really need to improve how they manage customers. It's a busy place, no doubt, but it could be managed much better. Finishing one customer's request fully before moving on to the next would save a lot of time and confusion for everyone. The wait and back-and-forth were really annoying and avoidable.

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. That is what Maria's was before the change in ownership. They would always ask about your family. Unfortunately, not true anymore. The store has the same inventory. Nothing has changed there. Their kitchen in the back is under new management. I really miss the previous owners and their delicious chicken. The current owners has a new brand of chicken. While the chicken is very good, it is very expensive. Will I keep going to this store ? Yes because it is very convenient.
