Then I FINALLY got a call back after being forced to leave a voice mail, 20 minutes later someone called me. He put me ON HOLD! I was a paying customer trying to buy something for my medication and because they were busy they made me feel like I was being rushed in that other customers were more important, which is wild to me. Do not get Passport photos at this location. The courthouse passport office took one look at the photos and immediately asked, "Hickory Flat?" She said no photos from this CVS are acceptable. The background is uneven and too gray AND the photo crop is bad. She said we could take our chances with the photos as is, but will get a rejection in 6 weeks and have to start all over again. read more

DO NOT use this pharmacy, you're better off building a damn lab and creating your own prescriptions, it'd be easier than picking it up from here. It's clear this pharmacy is either 1.) painfully unstaffed & overworked or 2.) just trash at their jobs. Nearly every time I came to pick up my prescriptions they didn't even run my insurance. I would have to remind them constantly. And as far as pricing I've been refunded nearly $100 at this point because they yet again, don't run it through my insurance. And my prescriptions would go up in price without a single change in my insurance, and when I'd go to pick up the same thing in a months time, it's now magically back to its original price. I've become a fan of CVS in the recent months. Each store is slightly different as it carries items that may target a certain area. I came in to purchase a birthday card for someone at work and a couple of other diddys for myself. They have a pretty good selection of non-serious birthday cards...a lot of them super funny. I had previously been to Wal-mart and Publix to look at their funny birthday card section but I found them to be totally lame...seriously whose writing your greeting cards? a puppet from Sesame Street? because the jokes sound like they were written by a 2nd grader.. but here at CVS they have pretty funny cards written by non-puppets 3rd graders...thank you very much.. Some of them were so good in fact that I ended up buying them just because they were funny...they also have a pretty funny Snoopy dancing doll dressed like a Mexican Mariachi band leader shaking his maracas like he's doing a rain dance in a drought...I have a video in case you have nothing else to do in life but watch yelp videos.... read more

I find the pharmacy personnel to be devoid of personality and cranky. I have given them many chances and have now decided to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. When I called to ask a simple question about a prescription today, Lesley answered the phone (eventually, after too many prompts from their automatic system), and not only was Lesley not helpful, but she was actually sarcastic. I've had hundreds of prescriptions filled by this location over the last 15 years. I don't remember ever having a error in filling them or slowness in setting them up. I have had occasional insurance and doctor challenges regarding my meds, but these folks have helped me navigate these issues effectively. I've used the Minute Clinic here several times as well, though I don't use it as a replacement for my various doctors. I have not had any problems with the clinic either. I got both of my COVID boosters here. I'm a satisfied customer all the way around. read more

This pharmacy rates very high for horrible customer service. The wait on the phone is at a minimum 40 minutes. IF you are lucky for someone to pick up, you get hung up on. If you risk going into the pharmacy, your medication will not be ready or not found even if you were told it would be. Very frustrating! read more

I've never had any problems with the pharmacy here. They have always been fast enough, although once it gets backed up wait times are a little long. This store is usually very clean which makes a big difference for me in pharmacies. They also have decent weekly deals if you are patient enough to look through their flyer. This Minute Clinic is unbelievable! March 22, 2021 I went there for a Shingles shot. Nurse Casandra M Buenger starts telling me about a sleep apnea test and asks me some questions about my sleeping. My appointment was to get a Shingles shot which my insurance covered 100%. The nurse then explains about the test to the new person she's training, how she's putting in the computer to see if my insurance will cover a sleep apnea test. I said just make sure I'm only here for the Shingles shot, that's all my insurance will cover for now. She assured me they were just checking if insurance will cover a sleep apnea test and that's all. Then I get billed for an appointment! After going back and forth with the manager in billing they finally removed the "appointment charge" they charge me of $80.13 after my insurance paid for the Shingles shot. They apologized for the nurse submitting it like that. My balance was clear on the website finally. NOW 1 year and 3 months later the Minute Clinic bills me AGAIN!!! This CVS has a coupon policy that is misleading. I purchased the required amount of CVS product to qualify for a discount. Unfortunately, I forgot to pull out the coupon. A couple hours later, I went back to return and repurchase the items using the coupon. The cashier refused and said he is not allowed to let me repurchase. Find another CVS...Very unhappy! read more

They held my prescription hostage because I wanted to take my business elsewhere and when I asked for them to transfer the prescription they wouldn't without coming In 3 times in person and countless phone calls. Nice store, usually nice people. Draw back is pharmacy. They were 24 hour and it was always great. They went back to one shift and it overwhelmed the staff. Not the people's fault at all, it's CvSs fault. They are ALWAYS understaffed. It's not. Unusual to have 3-5 at the drive through, 1-5 at the window inside and maybe someone even waiting for consult. They do a great job getting e drying as fast as possible, they are just WAY understaffed. And, I must admit, they seem to handle the grumpy Gus' when they have to wait. (The type that thinks e dry or should drop what they are doing when this person walks up and respond to EVERY need!.). Otherwise good store, fairly good selection of everything. $$$ but sometimes the convenience makes the difference. CVS.....the pharmacy staff needs more help!!!!!! read more

My family has been taking advantage of the wonderful service offered by the staff (Jay & Ray) and all the gals. Always friendly and thoughtful. I love that they know my name and some even remember my DOB! Maybe I am there too often???!!! Quick with answers and advise. It is a pleasure for me. I don't have much of a choice as far as drugstores go since I have to go to CVS to get prescriptions as dictated by insurance, but the pharmacists here are pretty nice and always helpful. I don't come here much except for when I have to get a prescription refill, but I'll usually pick up some mascara or nail polish when I need to. They often have great beauty product discounts, so check them out. Definitely sign up for a CVS card, and if you have an iPhone get the app! I never carry the actual card because they can scan it right from my phone. I always leave there with a 3-foot long receipt from all the coupons I get. The only thing I don't like is that they'll give you hard time about using coupons that don't match up with the CVS card. For example, my mom had a coupon for 25% off, so I stocked up on some products for the both of us, but when I went to check out, the cashier was a bit rude about the fact that my CVS card didn't match the name on the coupon. If you ask me, whoever spent the money there should be able to give the coupons to whoever they like! And I found it especially absurd considering my mom and I have the same last name... This location is super convenient for me, so I can't complain too much. read more

This CVS has messed up my prescriptions from day 1! There were apparently multiple accounts set up through the years as I've moved, and those old locations associated with my card were never merged with the new location. It took hours on the phone with CVS to figure out what the problem was because my current prescriptions weren't showing up. Their latest mistake was failing to enter my Medicare part B card into their system. I picked up a prescription today that was significantly more expensive than last time. When I asked if it had been submitted to Medicare, they said they didn't have my Medicare card on record, even though I had given them my Medicare information the last time the prescription was filled! They tried to contact Medicare but said the system was down. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Absolutely the WORST in customer service and competence of their employees and staff. They claim that a price was $ 27.00 for one of my RX, came back to get it one hour later and it was now $ 99.00. They failed to check with my Cadillac BCBS plan/ Medco and it turned out it was only $ 7.00. My Dr sent in two fax RX five days ago, and called once . The CVS claims they don't have any paperwork. We checked with MEDCO/ Express Scripts and they showed the RX was in fact on file at that CVS. This store is a joke and MGT fails to take corrective action of its employees. The same thing happened six months ago on another RX.. just one lie after another.. The store continues to make excuses such as being short staffed and someone out on leave.. So my father is new to this area is and takes a lot of prescription medication including some pain medication which is highly monitored. My dad has been on the same script for several years and has been using cvs for years. There is ONE pharmacist that give me dad a lot grief over his prescriptions. He gives KY dad unnecessary wait times (multiple hours ) only to return and be told he can't do it for another 48 hours. I was discharged from the hospital today and today I went to drop off my prescription at this location. They asked if I needed it by tonight and I said I did, they told me that they would call me when they had it ready. I didn't know that their definition of today is actually tomorrow, as they never informed me that they wouldn't be able to give me my prescription TODAY after I told them I needed it by tonight. They then sent me to another pharmacy where they told me that could give me my prescription because they "put it in the system". I drove half an hour to the other pharmacy where they told me that they never got the prescription and that my prescription paper is probably "sitting on the counter inside the pharmacy". Never ever ever get your prescriptions filled at this location! Today I had a prescription refill to pick up. The pharmacy (Lauren)tried to give me the wrong prescription to start with. Once I got that corrected they overcharged me for my prescription. I used the GOOD RX discount card and was supposed to pay $50 for my prescription. They charged me $85 for my prescription. Jay the pharmacist was a real ASSWIPE. He said the good RX price was just a suggestion of what their price might be. When I've used the good RX discount card at other pharmacies like Kroger they always honor the price. I will never make the mistake of doing business with this pharmacy again! read more

The minute clinic here is HORRIBLE. Very unhelpful and the nurses are rude. I had the flu and said they called in my prescription so I went to pick it up and it was never called in. I went back to cvs and asked them to call it in because it never was and the nurse was so rude and snapped at me saying that she was with a patient. It was the worst customer service I've ever had. Don't come here expecting common curtesy. The pharmacy is to busy for a walk in- pick up prescription fill.. expect at least an hour. Also, the pharmacy workers seem like the worst part of their job is dealing with the customers. I'm going to make their job better and give them one less customer.
