The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They get you in and assist you fast, it's nice to have great customer service. Even during the gas shortage they were on top of making sure customers were always assisted. Normally crowed first thing in the morning you're still able to pull in fill up and even shop quickly. This place is terrible. It's not maintained! The windshield station at each pump has worn out…read moresqueezes. The cleaning cushion on the tool has half the cleaning material worn off. More damaging is the chemical they have in the bucket. After using it, my windshield was full of smears, in worse shape after using their cleaning chemical on it. Worse yet, after getting home, I had to use three different window cleaners to get the smears off my windshield. Go to QT down the street. Their place is well maintained!

This station is about 1.5 miles east off I-575 exit 19 (SR 20 east, Canton, Cumming). In the immediate area, I recommend fueling up at the newer and nicer RaceTrac just down the road at 2017 Cumming Highway: https://www.yelp.com/biz/racetrac-canton-4. The RaceTrac is closer to the highway and superior to this Shell station in every way. Compared to that RaceTrac, this Shell is older, smaller, has less pumps, and more expensive gas prices. Unsurprisingly, it also has more expensive gas prices than QuikTrip, Kroger, and Costco. That said, this is still an adequate, serviceable, eight-pump station. During my visit, the pumping area was relatively clean and the pumps looked to be in good condition. Paper towels were stocked and windshield washer reservoirs had fluid in them. I used pump #5. A video advertisement played while I refueled. Unfortunately, the pump prematurely shut off before my tank was full. I had started my car and was about to drive off when I realized my fuel gauge wasn't reading as full. I ended up having to get back out of my car and fuel up again. I was about 1.6 gallons short. While very rare, I've had that happen to me before at QT (pump prematurely cutting off) and it's annoying. The pump receipts printed out nice and clear. The business name on top of the receipt read, "S&W Moon, Inc [DBA] Triple B Food Mart 10013232003 Shell Oil Products US." The vendor on my credit card statement simply showed up as "Shell/Shell."

The store is literally next to hwy 400 off of Holcomb Bridge. There are lots of U-Haul trucks in the parking lot for rent so you can't miss it. The owner of the shop is very friendly and said hello to me as I was walking in. The store itself is squeeky clean and the restrooms looks like it was recently removed and looks like they keep the place in tip top shape. I definitely have to bookmark this place so that I can come back the next time I'm in the area. Thanks for the great experience. I'll be back!

However, a little under a year ago the company was sold to a delightful couple who turned the business around completely. The store is squeaky clean, and the atmosphere is light and positive. You're always greeted when entering the store by one of the managing owners or Martel, who keeps the place running like a well oiled machine, and cleaner than a hospital lobby. And if you're in need of a U-Haul truck rental this is where you want to get it from. The owners keep the trucks in tip top condition, and Martel keeps them clean and stocked with everything you may need to help facilitate your move. I can't say enough about this store and it's staff. Check it out sometime, even if it's just to purchase a cool beverage.

Well, honey here I am... It's right off of Arnold Mill and it's sorta in the middle of no where and at night there aren't any street lamps around so unless you know it's here you wouldn't go out of your way to come. Their gas is usually a few pennies cheaper than everybody else's and if you pay cash it's usually 5 cents cheaper. Inside the store is extremely clean and it looks like it recently had a nice face lift. The people that own the place are super nice and courteous. I've got no complaints....

It's located right in front of the Publix Grocery store and next to the Pet Supermarket. There is also a BP Gas station across theh street. The Walmart super center is across the street as well as Starbucks, Panda Express, McDonald's, Bojangles' and Papa John's pizza. The station looks like its been remodeled and someone has cleaned the place up quite a bit. Brand new everything which makes it a pleasure for a little filler up....
