Do not have your passenger shout their order over yours in the drive thru, no one can hear you. Take your time, process what you want and tell the driver what to say into the speaker. It's literally a speaker that can't hear you clearly. Control yourself, do not yell, don't be that jerk or shove your phone in their employees' faces to show them the order you are picking up. They are well aware of what needs to be done and they are doing the best they can given what they have to deal with constantly. I'm pretty disappointed in some of my fellow Woodstock neighbors. It costs you nothing to be nice and patient. I'm also really grateful for the nice customers that come through. You make a huge difference in those employees' day!
