They were sold out on some of the more seasonal items such as caramels. So I decided to go with a small pack (3 pieces) of Almond Roca and a KitKat Duos strawberry and dark chocolate bar. When the cashier rang the items up, the Almond Roca came in at $0.74, it had been a while since I got this quantity of the product packaged this way for that price. The parking lot was moderately easy to maneuver in and the store front was easy to spot. Workers in the store were friendly, even greeting customers as we entered the store. The checkout line was easy to find and payment straightforward. I liked/appreciated the welcome sign inside the front door with the name of the shopping center the store was located in.

The main pharmacist has been very helpful when I've asked for help/suggestions when medications have run out at this Bartells location. Usually if the medication is out here then it is out everywhere, and he's checked stock at multiple locations a number of times now. Also, the pharmacy staff in general seems much happier and helpful than a few years ago. If I knew names then I would give a shout out! Instead I'll say, "go say hello to Gary at QFC! He's a very nice guy!"

Easy to schedule vaccines here, almost next day. Service was quick and very nice. It's a Rite Aid,…read moreso you get what you get. Quick add on... scheduling appointments was super easy online and the staff at the pharmacy was extremely friendly.

I called and switched multiples people's prescriptions in my household out to Walgreens. I got off the phone, Well, I got a call back a few moments later, and I was literally harassed by the Korean lady that works there. She started badgering and questioning me, as to why I wanted to transfer my entire family's prescriptions... So I told her that even though this location isn't on the list that's closing down, I didn't trust that. (My husband and I have joked that this must be a drug front cause how else could they have stayed open for so many years when we never see anyone there in store shopping etc. Not to mention if you've come into this location in person the last two years - there's barely anything on their shelves! I was in there two months ago, and there was practically nothing inside, just a few aisles on each end of the store with merchandise, but most of those shelves were even mostly empty) Well, she wasn't having it. She told me I didn't need to switch, or worry cause they weren't going anywhere, and she BEGGED ME TO STAY AT RITE AID. Like, she wouldn't let me get off the phone. I ended up hanging up on her bc she wouldn't stop being so aggressive, and kept insisting I didn't need to leave and that they were staying for the community etc etc etc. Well. I got a text today saying the location is closed. I tried calling, and a pre recorded message came on saying the location, especially the pharmacy has been closed down. Glad I listened to my intuition and switched things over months ago, otherwise I'd be in a pickle today!

Don't come here if you like privacy, actual help, customer service, OR - the RIGHT prescriptions…read more (They talk so loudly, it's pretty easy to overhear sensitive and personal details while walking by - and I'm HALF DEAF!) I came to switch all my prescriptions and get that $75 reward money for switching, because my pharmacy wasn't contracted with my insurance anymore. Safeway asked my info, and had me fill out a form, including a number to call and text. They said no problem, and that the specific prescriptions I needed would be ready before closing. (It's about 3 hours before closing at this point) I call them a good hour before closing, cause I hadn't heard from anyone - they tell me they have only one prescription filled, and it's NOT the prescription that I said I needed, that they TWICE confirmed with me originally. After mulling over what to do, they say they'll call the other pharmacy and "TRY to figure it out." (I asked why they didn't call either me, or the pharmacy - and the lady couldn't actually give me an answer!) By this time, I know I'm not getting the meds I need tonight. Rite Aid was the next pharmacy closest to me that I could switch to, so I gave them a call. Less than an hour later, they were able to switch them from my previous pharmacy - with zero issues! (When I called the previous pharmacy twice, they kept asking me why Safeway was trying to transfer my prescriptions out wrong?) Needless to say, that $75 wasn't even close to being worth it, to deal with all of Safeway pharmacy's BS.

They also have a habit of asking you to wait when you get to the front of the line and then helping other customers first. Once when I was there they had done this to three people, including myself. We were all just standing there looking at each other like "is this really happening?" While they helped other people. As is typical, when someone works in an industry where they know their customers must have their product they consequentially treat everyone like crap. I feel like I'm at the DMV everytime I go here.

i was visiting my 93 year old father, who recently moved to the Edmonds Landing retirement home…read more Unfortunately, he had a stroke and has some mobility issues. My lovely brother, Tony bought him an expensive walker. Its a wonderful walker, however designed for a man much larger and more weight than my father. Being a former ergonomic consultant, I could tell that this walker was not suitable for my father. He could care less about my opinion. He just didn't like the expensive walker. I came over to visit him and he requested that I take him here. So we came here, in search of a walker. They are open limited hours, until 3 pm, so my father had not been able to come here before 3 pm. As you walk in, you have a plethora of medical devices available. Wheelchairs, crutches, walkers and every type of medical device one might need. Now the staff is all volunteer. No one is paid to work here. I know in my experience , a walker needs to be individualized. A walker needs to meet the physical requirements of the person using it. Fortunately, we had the services of Mike, a volunteer. He measured every walker and showed the results to my rather stubborn father. There was an excellent walker that met my father's requirements, but he disliked the seat. He would have rarely sat in the seat, but I held my tongue as to my opinion. So, he chose another version. Mike recommend larger rubber tires for my father, as he would use the walker outside. He also adjusted the height of the handlebars, to better suit my father. We spent about two hours, trying out a variety of walkers. My father ended up with a pristine condition walker. Easily collapsible. For 45.00 dollars. Plus, for every purchase you got a variety of personal care items for free. A great experience here. My frugal father was quite pleased with the price he paid. Fortunately, this walker is also collapsable, to reduce space In their tiny retirement home space. Overall, excellent customer service and a great price. They also offer a one week return policy and adjustments, if you are not satisfied. Love the experience here.

Had mother in laws scooter quit working. Called them on a Wednesday. Very nice girl answered and we spoke. She said yes, bring it in, no problem. I arrived and she again was very nice. She brought out a guy. He also was very nice. Tagged it and gave me a claim ticket. Simply called in on Friday just to check in. Got completely chewed out by a very rude lady. She wanted to know why I would bring in a scooter for repair. We don't do that ! She went on and on and was a real bit** about it. Then a guy got on the phone and was also not very nice, but not as bad as the rude lady. I just went and picked it back up. Hey, I called and asked. I was told to bring it in, why would you talk to me like that two days later ? Simply rude. The first girl and guy very nice on phone and in person. The guy and lady on Friday need new jobs if they hate working there. Just rude. What EXACTLY did I do wrong lady ? In my mind, it's pretty simple, if you didn't want to work on it or if you don't work on them, simply just tell me that when I called on the phone instead of saying, sure no problem bring it in and we'll look at it for you.
