This store is owned by people from India and since they hate Americans they treat their American customers like crap. Almost wouldn't let me in the store. Their prices are way too high 7-11 next door is a lot cheaper. Customers beware not to give these rude people anything. read more

So... I do like this mini mart a lot because they have a great selection of snacks and drinks to choose from, and I also love the little attached smoke shop, also for their awesome vast selection of vapes, glassware, small gifts, accessories & nic-nacs that they offer. The only complaints I have are that, first off, their hours of business listed online when you Google search them say they open everyday at 7AM, but today I got there just after 7 and ended up sitting in my car waiting until nearly 7:45 for an employee to get there and open the store (along with the 3 other people who sat in their vehicles, confused and waiting for the store to open)... and second, just about every time I've ever gone into to smoke shop side to purchase something, I've noticed that they seriously rush you to hurry up and choose something and buy it, which is outrageously obnoxious because, as I said, they have a huge selection of stuff, so I always end up needing a few minutes to look at everything before I decide what I want. It gets really annoying to have an employee hovering over you nonstop, asking if you know what you'd like every 30 seconds, especially after you keep telling them "I'm gonna need a bit to look around. I'll let you know when I'm ready" and they just continue to rush you. And everyone I've talked to who shops there mentions this, too, so I know it's not just me. Other than those things, I like the store(s) and would recommend. I'd just also recommend being firm and telling them to chill out and give you a minute while you look around so they don't breathe down your neck while you shop in the smoke shop. read more

Counterfeit products. Just went here because the regular place I go was closed. Big mistake. Shady location and counterfeit product. Got 2 vapes, they didn't have the one I wanted (prob not avail in counterfeit yet) and they recommended hype (almost always fake) and pod 2500 puff. Clearly fake. They worked but they taste bad and fake. One was leaking the moment I opened it. The other worked but tasted terrible. I asked to change to a different flavor and he gave me a fake hype. I can tell by how it hits and the flavor. Going back tomorrow to get a refund. read more

Yeah I remember going there one day to get some vape juice. It said the smoke side was open so I went to the door and it was locked. So I walk into the mini mart side and at the time (I just think they forgot to unlock the door or something) so i walk into I the mini mart head to the side of the smoke shop. And there is like this little chain that's meaning it's blocked off. Idk so I ducked under neath the chain and as soon as I did that. The guy was yelling at me telling that side is closed. I'm like it says open on the outside and he didn't like how I said it. But he was being a dick the whole time. He got me my juice and everything but in a rude manner cause he knew he was wrong. I told him I will not be coming back to establishment that yells at there customers. I hope he sees this too. Oh yeah they over charge too. I remember getting juice for 11 bucks there and I'm like that's a deal cause anywhere else it's like 20. It's the baron vapor juice. But I remember getting it one day and the guy over charged the way up for a 10ml bottle of juice for 27 dollars I'm like dude like a week and half ago it was 11 dollars. I thought it's illegal to not honor the listed price on an item! We'll at this place they don't, especially if it's the employee who works day shifts. She's extremely rude and always charges more for what you buy. I'd rather drive further and support a more worthy business. read more

I love this little place. They've got gumption and are pretty smart in business. First of all, there's a 7-11 LITERALLY NEXT DOOR, so they try harder -- which isn't a stretch considering that 7-11 hires the grumpiest, surliest malcontents they can find. And they have to deal with, ahem... how shall I put this? A highly diverse customer base. Hope you catch my drift there. That being said, they're always happy, eager and pleasant to deal with. I buy my Lotto tickets there and any sundries I may have forgotten. They've got a surprisingly wide array of items to choose from. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is this: CHECK the expiry dates on the dairy! Many are frequently close to or past the date. This includes coffee creamer! Even though this place is right next to 7/11. I always shop here. They have a wide selection of products and are cheaper than 7/11 for everything. They have an attached vape shop next door and have the best prices on vapes, juices and accessories. (I pick up puff bars here) and they are the only vape shop open past 10 in the area. They are open everyday from 6am to 2am. Awesome spot! read more

Love this place! I was actually one of the very first 5 customers to walk in when they opened! My friends and I go there every day and the staff knows us by name. Karim is especially fun and nice to interact with! He makes my friends and I feel like we're at home whenever we visit! very disappointed of how i was treated as a frequent customer here. i visited the glass and vape half of the store and was interested in a particular peice of glass but was hesitant to buy because of what looked like a crack in the glass. the employee promised and assured me it that was just how it looked because of how it was made as there were some lines and "seams" throughout it. when i g0t home and put water inside of it you could see very clearly that it was in fact a giant crack in the glass and the water made it very visable. because it was late i could not bring it that same night so the next day i call and remind him of who i am and that glass piece did have a crack and it was not just a line or seam from being made. he apologized repeatedly and told me to bring the item in and he would exchange it or make it right. so i brought it in and they refuse to do anything at all to make it right after already telling me over the phone. i have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store. and this particular visit spent over 400. i like to support the local buisnesses and even though the items are overpriced i felt good supporting the local buisnesses in my community. i feel like i deserved better treatment then that. especially since the crack in question was discussed and it wasnt like i bought it, took it home and then tried to return it different then the way it left the store in the first place. i just wanted to exchange the piece for another one that was not cracked. i have supported this buisness since day 1 and i trusted his judgement as he is the one that is supposed to know what he is selling and in return i got ripped off. very upsetting. dont waist your money here. find another vape store that will appreciate your buisness and your hard earned dollars. in fact if you want great customer service and a place that will even work with you on prices visit smoke plus on everett mall way. dont get ripped off here by employees that choose to lie and deceive (for no other reason besides to just do it because i was spending alot already without the glass piece) to make a sale and a commision instead of the well being and happiness of a very loyal customer. if i could rate zero stars i would. i dont normally (actually i have never) write reviews but i was so upset and disappointed in this place. after all the money and the buisness i have brought to them i am shocked they couldnt do me the simple solid and exchange out a damaged product. pretty weak on their behalf if you ask me. read more
