Well, my normal pharmacy was out of my medication so I went back here to get my prescriptions yesterday. They did a great job they filled it. I actually forgot I overpaid last time I was here. Until they rang me up and it was five dollars per prescription like I pay at my other pharmacies and I ask them why it now is the correct place and last time I overpaid by $36 plus. They looked at me like I was crazy and no one cared still do not recommend this pharmacy. How can they charge you $46 a month earlier for two prescriptions and then $10 the next time and plead ignorance. It's a shame that no one cares about their jobs anymore especially here at this CVS. read more

The pharmacy is a nightmare; takes forever. Always under staffed and nobody seems motivated.

I have switched from another pharmacy because they were always behind with filling prescriptions and I would have to wait 20 minutes after waiting hours already. I came here and the service has been amazing. They call and inform that the prescription is ready for pickup. A few times I went directly there from doctor and they filled in moments while I waited. This is our local CVS, so we shop here often. Tonight, there were a few unruly teenagers in the store. One of them thought it was funny to stare me down while wearing a Halloween mask. I told one of the store associates, and he went and got the teenager to come back inside and apologize. I appreciate it so much, and I doubt those teenagers will be misbehaving at this particular store again. I'm sorry I didn't catch the associate's name. read more

I really love this CVS they have such a efficient and friendly staff. The are is perfect is very centric and it is next to a commercial plaza and lots of restaurants around the area. I got a call from the CVS computer for a prescription pickup three weeks after the due date. When I stopped by the pharmacy, after getting a confirmation that order would be ready again by their computer system, I visited the store. The pharmacist says the prescription is still on back order. I was told to find another pharmacy. That is exactly what I am doing, taking all future business elsewhere including all my family prescriptions. read more

Very long waits in the pharmacy department both in store and on the phone. Quite difficult to work with to get prescriptions filled.

Not the closest CVS to me, but parking is great and there are other good shoppes in the mall area here. Pharmacy is good, however one particular Senior Pharmacist should treat the staff better. The drive-Through prescription pick- up has only one window. They are now doing COVID tests at the window. Have been waiting 20 min now for 3 people in one car to get nasal swab instructions! Open a drive through for COVID testing!!! read more

Every time I come to pick up a prescription there is an issue. I EVEN CALL BEFORE SHOWING UP TO DOUBLE CHECK IT'S FILLED. THEN upon arrival I'll be told that "for some reason it didn't get filled". I've gone back-and-forth numerous times between my physician and pharmacy it's ALWAYS frustrating. read more

Take over 20 minutes to answer the phone. Told us that a prescription would be ready in 2 hours then 6 days later when we came to pick it up said it was never ordered and that we would have to wait a day for it to be filled. Two days later, we went a second time and were told that it would be ready in the afternoon. I was then told I should call first before coming to pick up, which I would love to do it they would ever answer their phones. read more

Got told a prescription would be ready the "next day" three times from the pharmacy staff. Then was told the prescription never existed. Then was told it existed and it would be ready next week. Doctor made a prescription change and they wouldn't fill it because apparently she behaved as if she knew more than my doctor. Not only did Candice change my prescription she secretly called the cops to act as if I was the issue. She also violated Hippa by loudly vocalizing how I "should" take my prescription. I will never return! I will also reach out to corporate as this behavior is unacceptable. read more

Well, where to start... This is one of my favorite CVS and that's the reason why I'm there every single day. All employees are awesome! They are always so friendly, helpful, very kind and in a good mood! Carlos, the manager is always willing to help even if I can be pain in the neck sometimes. Lol.
