The pharmacy lost my health insurance card and just said, "our bad." The next day I get a call from the pharmacy that they found my health insurance card and to come get it. I head up there to get the card and the pharmacy manager (name is Shey or Shay, was not given his full name), in the most unprofessional and combative attitude, said and I quote; "It's not here, go to the front and figure it out." Stunned at the pharmacy's managers comment, the two other pharmacists and three customers in earshot audibly said "what the f$&k." So, I walk tot he front and ask about the card. The very nice store clerk informed me that it might be in the company safe. Turns out it was not and that the pharmacy managers duty when a health insurance card is lost due to their own incompetence, it is the pharmacy managers job to document and keep track of the card. Spoiler: he did not. So, now I am told "welp sorry?" I was then told to call my insurance and request a new health insurance card. Wow. read more

RUDELY Refused to change my deadname to preferred name on my prescription bottle. Every other pharma I've been to has immediately and kindly changed it to preferred on request. They questioned me like a criminal for not having my legal name changed and made snarky passive aggressive commentary under their breath. I go to this CVS location for our family's medications. The pharmacy staff are typically fairly quick at helping people with prescription pick ups. This week I went in to receive my COVID-19 booster shot since I qualified for it now. My appointment was for 1pm, so I decided to show up 15 minutes early, in case they were able to attend me sooner. Unfortunately, they were extremely busy answering a TON of questions for one customer while continuing to serve the other customers coming to pick up and drop off prescriptions. I wasn't able to receive my shot until 1:15 and then had to wait the 15 minutes to make sure there wasn't any negative reaction. Not a bad visit, but now I know not to show up earlier than I need to. read more

*This is only reflective of the Pharmacy itself, not the store* When I dropped off my Rx, the pharmacist yelled at me from the window instead of using the intercom (I was in the outside lane). So she's yelling out my personal information for all the world (and especially the person in the lane closer to her) to hear. So not cool. I come back to pick up the Rx and they want to charge me $300+ for a one-month supply. I told them "heck no", went home and looked it up online, and it should have been $100 max, according to my insurance agent. (It ends up being cheaper to do it with a 3-month supply, so I call my Dr. to change the scrip and he tells me that I need to bring in the original Rx that I gave to CVS). Four pharmacists behind the counter and one customer and I walk up to the pharmacy. (I had to go inside because I didn't want passersby to hear my social, phone number, age, and shoe size.) They help her right away and then go back to their business. I literally stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. When they finally did, they had a hard time figuring out what it was that I was needing. Just the original paper Rx, not that hard. Thank goodness it wasn't a dire emergency... I could have died! Will not ever return, which is sad because I live around the corner. read more

This pharmacy has screwed up my last 3 pharmaceutical orders. In the most recent one, they got the prescription on Tuesday but did not tell me until Wednesday afternoon they didn't have the meds in stock. Now they are saying they cannot fill it until Friday or Saturday. Extremely disappointed in this location and their lack of communication with customers. Edit: they now say it will be Monday before I get my meds I needed last Wednesday. This is an awful store and I'm changing as soon as I can. read more

The pharmacy at this location is ridiculous! Michelle is not a person that can be trusted. Not only did she lie to me she also does nothing for the customers. I attached a photo of her so there is no confusion for whoever reads this! Do not trust what she says, do not believe her if she says "it can't be done" she will bash you via the phone if she doesn't know the other associate has her on speakerphone! She is worthless, rude, and uncouth! She put me and the other pharmacist at odds because shE didn't do her part to help me (the customer). I will go to another location, so will my partner, my mother, my father, and everyone else I talk to! I can't believe she would shrug off her responsibility and play with peoples medications just to make her day easier! read more

This is the absolute worst Pharmacy I have ever been to and I am 53 years old with 4 children. that's a lot of Pharmacy. They are extremely slow, and make one error after another. Recently I waited 1 hour in the store, after calling in to be sure my prescription was ready, only to find out that they didn't even have the medication in stock. Seriously, that happened. Most recently though they are filling my prescriptions and putting the wrong doctor's name in the prescriber field. This is causing issue with my FSA account because the doctor and the medication don't match. I would stop going there except for my only other alternative that is close to home is Walmart, which is almost as bad. read more

Decided to come here since I did not feel like making the drive to my usual pharmacy. This visit reminded me WHY i stopped coming here. I work customer service so I know its hard to keep a smile on your face or come across as "happy" when stressed out. So I was willing to overlook the crappy service/attitude and pretend I didnt hear the conversation between the pharmacist and techs which clearly sounded like they are either understaffed or they really need to work on getting their chit together. What I did have a problem with was that the pharmacist called me over and had no problem discussing what I would consider private information (in this case the name of my medication)and the issue in front of 2 complete strangers ( i was standing right next to one of them so it felt like she was part of the conversation). He made no attempt to use his "library" voice or bring the volume down just a tad bit. And of course his annoyed attitude didnt help much. read more

Where do I even start with this pharmacy? I HATE this place and I almost entirely HATE the people they always staff there. I have literally threatened to call the GM right then and there and wait for him to address my concerns while Im in the store. But hey, he doesnt care either. Aside from the rude attitudes of the staff and how neglectful they are of your personal information, I went to pick up some pain pills after my husband had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Sounds simple right? Thought you'd do hubby a favor right? WRONG. I get all the way home and realize they had given me someone else's precriptions!!!!!! The person had the same name but HELLO arent they supposed to check your birth date, address, etc. OMG man I was angry. So angry in fact that I could have harmed my husband, he returned the medicines himself. Im so sick of this dang place. They dont care, they barely speak english, they are rude, loud, discourteous and they make a lot of mistakes for people dealing with others health. STAY AWAY from this death trap! Anyone posting anything good about this pharmacy is probably an employee. I've used this pharmacy for years and can tell you its been crappy for years. Enough is enough though and from now on, I'll go elsewhere. read more
