SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW. Picking up or dropping off prescriptions. Maybe understaffed Very complicated self check out most people try to avoid. Usually always at least 10 people in line to pick up prescriptions and a long wait for shops. but the store is always leak and well kept. read more

I was told my prescription would be ready in 1 or 2 hours, I was assurred that he would text me !!!!! I'm still waiting on the text message and its the next day, I confronted the employee and told me several times the pharmacy was closed, 3 trips to the pharmacy to get 1 prescription filled is ridiculous!!!!! i informed the employee that I was searching for a new Pharmacy because my current one started charging for credit card purchases, the new pharmacy will not be CVS!!!!!! read more

Stood at the pharmacy register and watched 6 employees ignore me. It seems that they have such a good relationship with each other that customers are an intrusion. I have been on hold over one hour. January 16,2020, starting around five pm. I'm sending my daughter from Buna, TX not 100% the prescription is ready. The time now is 6:27pm. I'm a carepass member is still get treated without respect. I blame upper management for not hiring employees to take care of customers. I would rather pay more and get better customer service. read more

I have used this pharmacy for several years. I kept thinking it was going to get better. I finally gave up last month and changed all of my prescriptions. Today I am trying to check on a prescription for my daughter at this CVS. I called twice yesterday, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes both times. I gave up. As of right now I have been on hold for 51 minutes. It is 11:30 in the morning. It is not RUSH hour. I have worked in several pharmacies for a total of 15 years. I have never seen a sorrier pharmacy than this one. The first part of training for your pharmacies needs to be CUSTOMER SERVICE! People who go to a pharmacy are usually sick. They need to be helped. At least acknowledge them when they are at the counter. This whole staff needs to be replaced. I promise you, this will be my last time dealing with these unprofessional people. The store manager may not have the guts to say anything to them. Which I "know" any store manager can do something about a pharmacy in their store. If it is giving his business a bad name. Every pharmacy has a regional manager that you can talk to. Regional managers do NOT like to get complaints about their stores. There is always a boss over a boss. I am closing now. After 1 hour and 10 minutes. I remain on hold. I would say the manager or regional manager. Should try to call this store sometime and see personally how their customers are being treated. Also, while I remain on hold. My daughter has also been trying to call and has been hung up on four times. This staff is definitely one of a kind. They should all be ashamed! Worst place ever. They don't answer the phone, they don't help customers that are standing at the counter. You are ignored by everyone who works there: while standing in line you hear how many calls are holding, they don't care...Discussed with the store manager but he said there is nothing he can do about them: I've been going here for several years and have seen people come and go in the pharmacy department. I whole heartedly believe the Pharmacist that is there now is the problem. She don't care and it goes down hill from there. If you need to talk to the pharmacist about a script, pull up a seat. She takes her sweet time,, she's just waiting for you to leave. I'm changing to HEB. Great service. Save yourself the aggravation don't send a script here. read more

This CVS pharmacy is understaffed. On September 19, 2017, I went to the Minute Clinic which provided me with fantastic, fast service and great quality care. I opted for the PA to send the Rx to the pharmacy on site. That was a mistake. When I got to the front of the very slow pharmacy line, the technician told me to sit down while they ran my insurance... Then after another 10-15 minutes, while the line to the ONE open register gets back to 6-8 people, someone calls me that I'm all set, ready to check out, and that I now can get back to the end of the line(!!??). If they're going to send me to the back of the line, why have me sitting down while they run my insurance?? I went and stood in line again for another 10-15 minutes. I love the Minute Clinic but in the future I'll have them send RXs to another pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy staff are incredibly nice. I was able to order my prescription while I was traveling. The store is clean.

I'm not even going to tell the whole story because I'm exhausted after getting yelled at on the phone by one of the pharmacy employees. The pharmacy has terrible customer service and they like to leave you at the window while they talk and flirt instead of getting your prescription information. Hate this pharmacy. Be aware that if you'd like to be helped here, you shouldn't count on someone coming up to you and offering to help. Instead, you'll need interrupt the chatting staff and ask if they wouldn't mind taking a second to do their jobs and help out. Very frustrating, will not be returning. read more

This CVS isn't my favorite in town. They're always short staffed, leading to long checkout lines and no service in the photo department.

If I could give less stars I would, negative stars actually. I have had several bad experiences at this location but I go to it because it's closer to my home and I figured the first time that it was just the one cranky employee working the late shift since it's 24hrs but no I was wrong and am going to have to go out of my way to find another further cvs to just avoid getting upset when shopping, especially since I'm one of those "oh so crazy" people that believe that serving customers is the controlling factor of every business. It is understaffed and when you have a problem and want to speak to a manger there never is one working and they tell you to come back when the manager is around to complain to them if you want your issue resolved. First situation: purchased something and paid for it and then realized a coupon wasn't applied and asked for a refund to apply it and cashier said she couldn't do it without a manager and the manager was not there and was asked to return when manager was there the next day without being given a time the manager was going to be there. Oddly convenient? I think so. read more
