Might as well go to the hospital or pay out of pocket at a different urgent care - there are much better ones within a few miles. The wait is astronomical. Was told to book an APPOINTMENT online when I called two hours prior to coming because I didn't want to wait 2 hours with a newborn. So I booked an APPOINTMENT (which it clearly states on their website) for 6pm. Got there just to be told it's not actually an appointment and I'd have to wait behind the 7 others that got there 30 minutes ago - and the wait was still going to be around 2 hours with 1 provider there. Nurse Natasha in Beaumont on Dowlen is very rude. She kept telling me to hurry up even though the place was empty. Hurry on the scale, hurry to the room, hurry on the tall chair, and hurry to bend over. I have severe neuropathy and dont hurry to avoid falling. Natasha needs a different job.​ read more

HOLLOWAY,LEANN was the attending NP. She was rude and unsympathetic to my situation. When she called with my results she was rude and vague once again and unsure what medication to prescribe. I called back to asked for further explanation of my results about a week or so later when I felt like there was still an issue and got treated rudely once again by Christine(receptionist), who stated they were too busy treating "sick" patients to answer my questions and that I should have asked LEANN when she called. I didn't know what questions to ask however they had no issue taking my payment. I will NEVER use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else!! read more

We've always had great care here. I brought our 7 year old in this morning for strep. We were in the exam room in less than 20 minutes as we were only the 3rd people in the line when they opened. I like them here because they are always very nice and thorough. read more

if I could give ZERO STARS I would. we had an appointment made at 3:20, got there at 3:10, checked in with the front desk and sat for over an hour and a half with a screaming two year old. after an hour and a half we got asked if we filled out a paper to which we said no we were not given one. Filled out the paperwork and was just then checked in and was then told we wouldn't be seen til after 6:30. They prioritized taking drug tests and making money off that over taking care of actual sick people and children. read more

Long wait. They used to be great but my last visit was horrible. They checked us in 5:20pm, went in the room, 2 hours later, we are still waiting. With a toddler sick, crying, coughing and all. We couldn't wait any longer. We got out and left at 7:15. Worst urgent care I've been to. read more

We have been here a number of times over the last few years. The care given when you arrive varies. Usually, it is okay but the front staff is sometimes preoccupied or just chatting with each other. They have never been flat-out rude to us though. The wait time can be outrageous, but once we are in the back, we have always been given decent care. The x-ray tech they have now is the same one that used to be at ST. Elizabeth urgent care and she is wonderful and thorough. The back is always clean and decent. read more

Feeling bad I had to drag myself into the doctors office. I was so impressed with the staff from the reception area to the medical technician and the doc. I was in and out in less than an hour. Don't come here for your COVID test! My husband and I was tested at work he same time a week ago, and my husband got his result in 3 days but it's been 7 days and I still haven't got mine yet. It's terrible if you just wait and wait for your result to return to work. read more

The last few visits to urgent care have been fantastic except for a snarky comment by the provider. When I let the provider know we were paying cash and that cost was a concern, she said "Yea, save your money for something really important". It wasn't a matter of saving money for something else, it was a matter of not having enough money in the first place if the prescription was too expensive. There was a time they kept billing my insurance incorrectly (insurance told me they were filing wrong) and requiring me to give them more money the next time, but I'm paying cash now and it's been fantastic. Very nice and down to earth providers. Brought the wife in last night and they gave us a prescription. Needed something more effective so called back today and they took care of us and even helped us by looking up the cost of the medication and giving us the best place to go. Really great group they have now. read more

We took our 10 month old baby here to get checked out while on a road-trip driving through Texas from out of state. We were slightly panicked and exhausted. The staff was very nice and professional. The wait was about 15mins. The rooms were clean. We were in and out in no time with some good news. And she even got a balloon. It was a very good experience as far as urgent care goes. read more

The providers don't rush you, but they also don't make you un-necessarily wait, either. I went in for a typical sinus infection and went back for a recheck and they were very accommodating! I would highly recommend this place! The staff are amazing and the service was fast and efficient! I'm so impressed and pleased with our experience! They literally saw the whole family all together (because we were all sick). We were in and out of there in less than a couple hours... flu tests, strep tests , popsicles and everything! I went in a week ago for a UTI and had been waiting half an hour just to pee in a cup. The front staff were nice that was a plus. However, when they took me to the back I waited even longer. A male and female who looked like nurses came in and said I had UTI and prescribed me pills. I didn't think I actually seen a doctor.Came back couple days later for a follow up, waited to pee in a cup once again and waited nearly two hours before and when I was ready to go in the back room. Doctor came in, was surprised it wasn't a nurse this time, she sent over some antibiotics for my infection. Before I left, I wanted to ask a question that was involved of my menstrual cycle. A nurse came in and I asked the question, she had a confused look on her face and kept shrugging off saying "I don't know" and went to the doctor. I waited yet again, she comes back and I asked her my question and like the nurse reaction she goes " I don't know ", made me miffed. I wasn't very pleased with the long wait, I know it's a walk in clinic but they could have just let me go my way since I wasn't going to stay long. Also wasn't impressed a professional like that could not answer my simple question and is clueless and I couldn't come in to have another follow up and would have to pay yet again. I'm never stepping foot into that place ever. read more
