The delivery person was radical when she finally got through the gated community. She was on the phone speaking to her mom and stated Moma let me let you go because this lady I'm delivering medicine to is getting ready to get on my nerves. She abruptly handed me a sheet of paper folded in half and said 'sign this'. Having a dying mother I was caring for and a father that has dementia was extremely hard and she was severely upset b/c I didn't answer the gate. We have 7 daughters trying to care for my mom and it wasn't clear which daughter was to be opening gate. Putting all that aside, this lady clearly didn't like delivering rxs and was the least bit professional. I would love to speak to the owners of Kings and share what a bad experience I had with his organization. And also a bad reflection on Harbor Hospice to be serviced by such individuals.

When I finally reached someone, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and did not want to take a message for the manager. I was told a manager might respond, but I never received a call back. Customer service and communication should be a priority, especially at a pharmacy where people rely on timely assistance. Being left on hold, disconnected, and ignored when asking to speak with management is unacceptable. I hope this location improves how they handle customer concerns and respects patients' time.

Well two days ago I ended up at Walgreens because they were one of a few locations giving the 3rd COVID vaccine (Booster shot) so we went by since they said no appointment was not necessary. After soon paper work and a little wait (30 min) we got our shot and the tech person signed our paper work with the updated vaccine showing our 3rd shot. Then tonight I get an email from Walgreens that Congratulated me on getting my "1st" vaccine and letting me know they would notify me when it's time for my 2nd shot. Why can't they put in my Walgreens record that this was my 3rd shot (a Booster). I received my original 2 shots from the local health dept and I gave Walgreens the paper work showing the dates and the manufacture ( Moderna). There has to be a way to note this considering how important medical records are especially if it is used in the future to check if you have been vaccines for travel to other countries or other events. My medical records should be accurate. Just another reason why Walgreens has fallen out of favor with me.

Walmart is the easy place to get your stuff at a low price, but I recommend you also get your things at the other stores in Vidor so they can have good business too. This location has never filled my prescriptions without some type of issue that was caused by negligence. After being told that the prescription is ready, almost every instance has required multiple visits to the store. Not to mention, that the drive thru has one stall and it's always backed up. There were four people techs playing grab ass an one pharmacist behind the counter that could see that I was standing there. Once I got registered with the clerk, she told me to go and sit in a waiting area for the pharmacist to draw up the shot to give it to me. I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes, which is now 10 after five. Ordering a Deli tray for a group of workers on Monday for a Friday lunch. I arrived at the store…read moreon Friday at the correct time. The person working the deli was chatting up a person in front of the counter. I waited then they went back behind the counter and told me just a few minutes while they cleaned the circular slicer. Then they asked what I wanted. I told them I was picking up an order that was promised to be ready at 11:30. They forgot to ask my name only telling me they were behind because they were short staffed. Never did they check to see if the order was ready just wandered around behind the counter. I sought management as I felt this was getting out of hand. After 30 minutes I asked what was going on as I had a deadline again "We're short staffed and behind on orders". I pointed out this was an order that was done on Monday. They began to ignore me. I sought out the manager again. I finally got in touch with management pointed out the poor service and delay that was now putting me up against the time wall. I pointed out that she shouldn't be seeing me as it was 30 minutes later and I was still waiting. The group I was delivering to had patients and meetings in the time frame and the clock had run out. Note they (Kroger) never asked my name nor checked to see if it was done. The deli clerk argued with me and I was no longer in the mood. The deli clerk offered me a refund for an Item I hadn't paid for yet. The folks I was delivering to were running out of time to eat. Finally the Store Manager asked my name and looked in the back and came out with a tray with condensation on it. This time my high school chemistry kicked in and it indicated it was in a cooler waiting to be picked up. I took the tray and was no charged for the order. This was Kroger at it's worse next to expired or past best buy dates on the shelves and there are a lot of those. Spending a sizable amount weekly there may not make a difference to them but I have choices and I will choose to go elsewhere or sever my ties with Kroger.
