Service was amazing! Lorena was the cashier and her customer service was phenomenal! I am going to recommend this store to everyone I know!

Will not answer the phone. They don't even let it ring. They have it set to go straight to voicemail. This means that if you want to transfer the prescription other pharmacies can't get through. That is absolutely ridiculous. The pharmacy itself can't fill it and we can't get a transfer. This medication is required for life and they should be legally required to handle these things in a timely fashion. Entire store should be shut down. read more

Whatever you do, do not get your prescription here. Super unprofessional, rude people. On the phone for 20 minutes, without speaking to anyone. Finally someone answers the phone, asks for what I need, and then puts me on hold for another 20 minutes! Woman at the drive thru is extremely slow and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me because she couldn't hear me through the microphone. Every single experience I've had with these people I've wanted to pull my hair out. read more

They are keeping bathrooms closed with cleaning signs. Bathrooms closed but no one cleaning. Law doesn't allow this and after reading all these other bad reviews, corporate needs to get this store organized. read more

I am a physician, and I have just spent ONE FULL HOUR on hold for the pharmacist, to try to correct an error they made on one of my patient's prescriptions (he was shorted on his supply). I have had the same problem with this situation before. SAVE YOURSELF!!! Do not allow your physician to send any important medication orders to this sloppy, understaffed, badly-staffed joke of a pharmacy. And I'm still on hold. read more

What a joke of a store, CVS' are so understaffed now this one only has the manager running everything! Be prepared to wait in line for 10 mins just to buy a pack of gum and don't bother with photo dept because they will cut faces out of each picture. Go to Walgreens across the street. read more
