Extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. I had multiple long hold times when calling, only to be hung up on twice after waiting. When I finally reached someone, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and did not want to take a message for the manager. I was told a manager might respond, but I never received a call back. Customer service and communication should be a priority, especially at a pharmacy where people rely on timely assistance. Being left on hold, disconnected, and ignored when asking to speak with management is unacceptable. I hope this location improves how they handle customer concerns and respects patients' time. read more

In the pharmacy, you have some workers who are polite and patient. Then you have others who are not so much.

Placed a prescription delivery same day order at about 1:30 this afternoon. I've called 4 times to see what the status is on the delivery and have been hung up on 4 separate times after being transferred and on hold. read more

I am so disappointed with this location of Walgreens, they've had my business for well over 30 years, but last night was the last straw that broke the camel's back. the pharmacists Debra and Karen were rude, I understand they were busy, the Pharmacist had the nerve to ask me "which one do you want, because the line is long", there were 4 people standing behind me,... On our way to the to the funeral home to make arrangements for my dad. First lady doesn't know anything and went to ask. No one comes. Amanda clocks in and gets the connection we need but doesn't seem to pleased to be at work. I get it but I also don't want to be there to print off pictures of my dad under these circumstances. Omg!!!! Incompetence at the highest level. It's like no TOP or BOTTOM to this place. My daughter sits in the drive thru trying to get my meds and I hear the CSR saying we do t have anything for her..I called while my daughter was I. The drive thru and the CSR said we don't have the meds..I'm totally upset now saying UES you do!!! She then says oooooh..somebody already picked up. Now I'm wanting to slap her via phone. I said how is that possible. She says they picked it up earlier..now I'm pulling my WIG completely off. I said my daughter is I the drive thru arguing with you guys..and she says ooh yes she has it and she's gone. Now I'm CONFUSED!! Walgreens PLEASE retrain your employees the RIGHT way! This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to in regards to the pharmacy department. If it was possible, I would rate this location less than one star. I've never been greeted by someone pleasantly, and the wait times are ridiculous. It seems that this location is severely understaffed. I've waited 45 minutes in the drive through, and I consistently have wait times over 30 minutes (even though I call my prescription in 1 day+ in advance and I often go at times when I'm the only person in line.) Also, in my 6+ months of using this pharmacy, I've never had my phone call answered. I stayed with this location because it's the most convenient, but I'm switching to the location on Dowlen Rd. read more

They seemed understaffed but they still keep their friendliness and they give fast service, just avoid rush hours. Long lines sometimes but they get you out in no time. read more

I wish I could leave no stars!!!! Worst place in all of the beaumont area!!! Do not get anything filled here! They hire kids to work with people's prescriptions and don't know what they're doing, I had a rx of 40 antibiotic capsules, they gave me 10, if I didn't have enough sense to call my dr back and check I would have taken only 10 which meant not finishing the treatment, which in turn later meant the infection returning and costing me MORE money MORE time ANOTHER dr visit, they have ONE job, if I have to do their job why are they even there!!!!! They are not responsible with people's meds at all, and that in my opinion is very dangerous, a matter that needs to be taken serious and not left in the hands of a kid who looks 16. And the worst part about it all is they weren't even busy at all, it was me and 2 others waiting at 9 o clock at night. read more
