If I could give them less stars than I would. We just went in asking for a specific style and was…read morereassured they could do it. Once her hair was dyed and came out orange the stylist told us that her hair couldn't get to the color of the photo. Still she reassured us that she would get as close as possible once they toned it. Once the process was all done and 3.5 hours had passed we saw that her hair was not only not close at all to the photos color but not blended at all. A straight line in the back clearly showing the brown from the blonde. Still we were being nice but obviously didn't want to pay full price for a botched hairstyle. We asked to speak to a manager when Anna showed up and started yelling at us saying we had to pay $140 for botched hair. We tried to reason with her but she kept speaking nasty to us saying well where do you work don't you understand that people make mistakes? To which we replied we do understand but also the customer is always right and when you botch someone's hair you don't make them pay that! Another customer was there to whitness this and also agreed that we shouldn't of payed and even stated she would be just walking straight out rather than being nice to them like we had. We ended up paying because the manager was quite threatening towards us but are currently reaching out to corporate to make a formal complaint on not just the store but specifically the manager who was so unprofessional and rude that she was making us cry.

Love seeing a family-owned, independent, natural food store expand! Whether you're in downtown…read moreBrunswick on Maine St or nearby Cook's Corner and the airport, both Morning Glory locations are offering organic produce, locally crafted artisanal goods, specialty wine, fresh bread, and more. How do the locations differ? This spot has plenty of parking, a seafood/butcher counter, and a physically larger space. The much wider aisles mean when you stop to read the labels, you won't be in everyone's way! It's cleaner, more well organized, and easier to navigate. Personally, I prefer the original location (the way I preferred the Tontine Mall version of Wild Oats over the Brunswick Landing version; if you're local, you'll know the exact vibe I mean). Something about it feels stuck in time, like it's still 1995; I kind of like the chaos of the too-many-people in a space where there's too-much-stuff; also, the impressive, seemingly dedicated vegan cheese case makes it a destination spot for natural food stores in Maine! But, two things can be true, and this location is also very much needed/wanted!

This is a fantastic addition to the old base area. It neighbors Wild Oats and Flight Deck. They've got a good thing going on here. They're still setting up and still hiring positions, so have patience for a bit! Can't wait to see this grow. My one observation is the parking lot isn't necessarily handicap friendly (I'm a DSP, I take folks with disabilities out for community access) there are handicap spots, but it's not ear the access area to safely cross the road in a wheelchair. I hope this is fixed in the future. It's difficult to walk with three people who need supports, behind other vehicles to the crossing section and up the ramp, from the handicap spots. Not impossible, but a little tricky for folks that elope from the group. Just some feedback. They still enjoyed their visit!

I will continue to shop here But I can not stand by any longer and witness the harassment upon the employees of this store from..( I am assuming a general or district)Management or otherwise who comes into the store and bullies, slams, bashes and criticizes these people over and over again.. It saddens me that this person can not see how the common customer treasures everything about this store. It's extremely Clean and organized well..The prices are fantastic..The meat is fabulous..The selection is extraordinary and the atmosphere, service and employees make it what it is. I have always enjoyed my shopping experience here but I have to say that if I continue to hear and see this person belittling the employees...well... I will just shop there LESS if not stop shopping there all together. This is totally uncalled for behavior. especially the cussing that comes from this mans mouth.
