Tried twice today to pick up a prescription but no pharmacist and horribly rude staff couldn't say when they would be open or how to get medication elsewhere. I was personally surprised to see how clean this location was. The staff member working there, who may have been the manager, was extremely professional and quick at the checkout process. They have a wide selection of every day needs ranging from medicine to food. There is plenty of parking around the building as well. read more

I could not have asked for better service than what I received at this CVS Minute Clinic. The health care professional who cared for me was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and friendly. You can get vaccines here, along with a lots of other services. Prices are reasonable. They accept insurance. Credit cards are ok too. The rest of the store was top notch, as well. Items were organized and clearly priced. Lots of sale items require signing up with the store savings program, but it was a breeze to do. I would absolutely return to this store. read more

I have to be honest, I HAVE to use CVS for my medications, we have no other option for our medical insurance. Having moved here from Walgreens, I loathe it. We started off on a bad foot, CVS not porting in all my meds despite Walgreens repeatedly sending them over. Then they told me my meds were ready and weren't. Repeatedly. The guy that used to work at the window (thankfully used to) for drive thru med pickup was horrifyingly bad at his job. He kept stating meds were for things they weren't (muscle relaxants he said were antibiotics and one time he called an oral steroid a pain reliever). On top of that he couldn't pronounce any meds and when I stated what I was there to pick up, he'd just randomly guess off the list in front of him. Also could never ever understand my name and flat out refused to look me up with my birthdate for some reason. More recently, it's been better, hence why we have 2 stars instead of 1 now, but hubby still has constant issues with them stating meds are ready and he goes to get them and they're not ready. I now call and wait on hold forever to talk to the human at the desk to ensure my meds are ready before going. I'd say about half the time they are not despite the call/text stating they're ready. At least the staff appears competent now, despite the huge waits whenever there's COVID tests going on (30+ min wait three times now in my experience when I'm the only car in the med pickup lane). read more

I came here because this place had "4 Stars" I when to the minute clinic with my girlfriend to get her tested for strep. We we arrived at 5:05 pm there was no one in the minute clinic area, there was a self check in area showing "next available appointment 5:10pm" when I arrived I was temporarily relieved that my GF would be seen soon, then the tv updated to 5:20pm then 6:20 pm. I was irritated and knocked on the doctors door. He came out and said he's booked for the day, which conflicted with the what the screen Said then told us sorry he was booked for the day. AWFUL SERVICE, I would never come back here because I would rather give another business the money. read more

The location is fine but I've called this pharmacy twice to get my prescription transferred from another CVS location and was on hold for 2 hours each time, literally, before hanging up. Ps: I wasn't able to make this change online myself and HAD to call in. read more

Most CVS Pharmacies are about the same. This one a well. Except, it's big (they stock frickin' fire wood, inside!), they have a big pharmacy, they have a minute clinic (even smaller and more urgent than urgent care), and they are open 24/7. That makes them useful, for sure. Other than that, you probably have a pretty good idea of what you're in for when you go here. read more

The last few times I've gone to the drive through, people have been allowed to wait for their prescriptions to be refilled. I got stuck in the drive-through for 45 minutes, and another time for about 30. I also had one of the pharmacist give me false information about one of my medications, when I met with my regular doctor she told me that the information given to me at the pharmacy was incorrect. I'm not sure if there was a change in management, but after 3 years I'm moving pharmacies. Every single time I go there is an issue and they screw up my medications or tell me my insurance won't cover it. If possible, use any other CVS. read more

3 year old makeup on shelves!!! This is disgusting!!! I took off about 95% of the foundation that was on the Neutrogena rack. I then took it to the store clerk and a pharmacy technician who was also overhearing a conversation and they were completely shocked that this was on the shelves still. The store clerk was so very nice that is why I gave it a couple stars. I did get informed by the people working there that the manager is responsible for the beauty area. Meaning the manager is responsible taking this expired makeup off shelves and marking it as no sale item to then be donated or disposed. I've never seen anything like this! The crazy thing is someone was trying to get this expired makeup to be sold because the 3 year old makeup was in the very front and the good not expired makeup was pushed to the very back! LADIES AND GENTS be careful buying makeup here! Check the expiration date!!!! read more

Save yourself the trouble and go directly to a real doctor. The computerized questionnaire form is as long as the paper forms that real doctors offices make you fill out, and then you'll wait to be seen. Once you make it into the closet sized examination room, the questionnaire continues as the "medical professional" asks you the same questions over and over again, while checking off boxes on his computer screen. I didn't make it through the questions before deciding to visit a real doctor. I hope you take good care of yourself and avoid this place. read more

Waited for an hour to see a doc for a simple strep test. The doctor didn't come out until my bf knocked on the door. He appeared to have been visiting with family/ friends in the room and did not help me. I waited for an hour and was unable to schedule an appointment on their kiosk. While I was waiting other people checked into their appointment and the doc was willing to see them. I wasn't seen he said he didn't have time for me today after I had waited and other people who arrived after me were seen. read more

so I went in on Friday to do my dot medical exam and I was ten minutes late and they tell me that they can't check me in so I ask them if there is a different time they tell me they will reschedule me so I tell them ok and they ask me can you do it on monday at 10am I tell them yes I come back so I came back on monday at 9:45am 5mins early and I came in and they were close they didn't contact me or anything so I am not happy what cvs is doing to me. read more

I kinda find it funny that this cvs and wallgreens are right across the street from each other and more less have the same stuff..Both have red box and enough drugs to wipe out a block..But cvs has Booze..Wallgreens has tile floors that make you feel like your in a hospital, cvs has carpet that feels more wellcoming..On the outside it says beer and wine but behind the front counter you can buy hard stuff..hum..Dont care, and prices here for beer and smokes are Priced right for the local habits that will kill ya..You compare..But I think booze won.. read more
