There are some really nice items on, but most are around what you expect. They do have a nice selection and include ciders, seltzers, and nonalcoholic sodas, as well. I have eaten from a few food trucks in this location and Gainesville always seems to get the best food trucks for breweries. This time it was Arepa Burger, but I have had Twisted Tikka and Chefries on other trips. I will definitely return when I am heading down this way again.

It probably isn't really classified as an industrial park since there was also an apartment complex and a restaurant that I saw coming in. Probably more of a multi-use complex. Anyway, none of that matters. Daft Cow is a cool place to hang out with lots of outdoor seating plus their mascot makes for cool merch. The beer was pretty good. The ladyfriend and I split a 6 beer flight which consisted of 3 IPA's, a sour, cream ale and a stout. My favorite 2 were the Oatmeal Cookie stout and the Liquid Therapy hazy IPA. I went with their split half-and-half option and got the Big Thyme sandwich paired with a Greek salad. The sandwich was fantastic--stacked with roast beef, turkey, bacon, Swiss, cheddar, and their signature sauce on roasted marbled rye (always love finding marbled rye on a menu). It was a bit messy to eat, but completely worth it. The Greek salad was equally impressive and came generously loaded with meats, making the whole combination really satisfying. The Wi-Fi was solid enough to get a few basic tasks done, though a bit spotty if you are trying to do heavy work. Overall, it is a great spot with warm service, and I will definitely be back.

The Alachua Farmers Market has quickly become one of my favorite Saturday morning stops. It's not…read morehuge, but it's packed with charm, friendly vendors, and some really great food options. I love walking around, checking out the booths, and finding new local treasures. One of my absolute musts now is a matcha drink from Honey Nitro + Cold Brew. I had never tried matcha before, but a friend recommended their version with vanilla or lavender, and oh my gosh, it was creamy, smooth, and totally addictive. I seriously didn't know I could love matcha this much! Pappa Thai's summer rolls are another go-to. They're fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot every single time. Light but filling and perfect for walking around with. And I can't forget Proud Pickles, they're such a fun little stand, and I'm absolutely obsessed with their items. Sweet, tangy, spicy, you name it, they've got it. I'm giving 4 stars only because I wish there were a few more vendors but I understand Gainesville is a small town. But honestly, it's still such a lovely experience and totally worth checking out if you're in the area.

The parking is pretty easy and it seemed like there were plenty of spots, and all of the vendors I interacted with were very kind and friendly. I got a sesame bagel from BagelCorp (forgot to get a pic!) and a cherry chocolate chip scone from Voltaire, and both were pretty yummy and not too expensive. I'll definitely be back!
