CV Roofing has two sides, good and bad. On the good side, they constructed a beautiful Penny Copper main roof and a unique chimney cap and then added a roof to the house extension. See the photos; they are looking great. Now, the bad part: the seam between the main roof and extension is leaking. I can only hear promises to fix it for months, but nothing happens. Don't bother posting the negative review on the CV Roofing website, it will be instantly removed. Conclusion: you can go to this company if you want a beautiful new roof; they can deliver it. After that, if you experience a problem, they have zero interest in you. The choice is yours. I can't recommend CV Roofing for consideration anymore. read more

The roof above our son's only bathroom was leaking badly. It was CV Roofifng to the rescue. Oscar Salazar and his people were prompt, efficient and totally professional. Their workmanship was superb! We reached out to CV Roofing because we had recurring leaks from our rooftop (TPO roof) that our builder was never able/willing to fix properly. The level of professionalism and expertise we got from Tom, the project manager, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything and laid out a plan that was followed in a very timely manner. We got updates every single day and workers always showed up on time or early. Also, they can take care of everything including drying/fixing dry walls, which is great since you don't want to deal with too many different companies. Lots of roofers we reached out to were 'uncomfortable' with TPO roofs but since CV Roofing deals with commercial grade roofs (hospitals, schools etc.), they are THE ultimate experts. We can't recommend them enough. read more

We had a leak in our roof. Rene was the first contractor to actually speak with me about what was going on and let me know a good solution. Because of the his schedule and timing with some impending rain, we had to go a different direction, but our experience with CV's response and service was awesome. They are in my address book for when I need any kind of roofing work done. read more

They were oh so responsive. I had to get my solar panels removed and Thomas took control and made sure all everything was done correctly especially when they were reinstalled. All came out well and the roof shingles are fantastic. I would recommend CV Roofing to anyone needing roof work, if you want it done right. read more

Just responding to Andreana stating that we were told what our estimate would be and so forth. That is 100% not true. Just admit your faults and move on. Don't lie about things you didn't do though. Oscar was supposed to come over and stood us up period. That is 100% what happened. How would he give us an estimate if he never came out to my house. This is ridiculous and now anyone that reads this will know you got caught in a huge lie. In this day and age with social media, that is not a smart move. I find in life it is better to be honest and admit faults. Clearly that is something your company doesn't want to do though. Good luck being successful with that philosophy/work ethic. read more

A quick call to Sean and he graciously agreed to drive the 1 hour to my place to look things over. He was on-time for our first meeting and within a day or so had sent me a proposed drawing using Sketch Up. The drawing depicted everything that we had discussed. Sean provided a labor only and a labor and material quote so that I could compare material costs against quotes that I had thus trying to help me save money. We agreed to proceed with me supplying the material and him providing the welding labor. Each and every day of the project, Sean was on-time and truly acted as a professional throughout the entire project. We collaborated on how to attack the project and even made a few changes on the fly. He provided help from post setting, concrete mixing and welding throughout the project. He kept the job site clean and orderly. His web site currently has a picture of the square tubing and I-beam structure and once I complete the sheeting, I'll supply him with a picture of the finished covered patio for his web site. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.

Roberto and crew are awesome at quoting just what you need, and letting the homeowner make the decision on what to include in the final bid. Once you get your quote emailed, you can select it via the link and they will send you an email and text with scheduling times. They take the rain into account to ensure the work gets done without interference. I had a shared neighbor fence with rotting posts and they quoted 5 poles and any fixes to slats as needed. The quote included metal posts and wood, we chose metal for longevity. The installers put in cement to lock them in for good. Pinar also split the quote with my neighbor and sent us separate invoices. They finished the work in 2 days, only because my neighbor had them complete a new gate as well, which I just had them do as well. They can do it all when it comes to fence work, they are on time, polite, quiet, and clean up after the job is done. All removal is included in the pricing. No surprises on the bill. I will be having them come out and just finish out the rest of my posts to metal, to match the neighborhood fence, which started with metal anyways.

Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. Further, having come from a legal background, I particularly appreciate CV Roofing's Terms of Engagement agreement, as well as the warranty on their work. Highly recommend. Great folks! read more
