After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.

They came out within 48 hours, quoted within 12 hours after that, and came by within another 72 hours to get it done. It was truly impressive. Especially when I had 4 other roofers come out, say they'll provide a quote, 3/4 of which never did, and 1 which did but never responded to a follow-up question. I would strongly recommend you don't waste your time and just go with Clear Choice.

The roofing contractor paid close attention to the weather and installed a section of the roof immediatedly after removing the old roof. The workers were efficient and exceptional craftsmen. The roofing job consisted of my house, detached garage, pump house, and well house. The project included replacement of a metal facia on each roof. The worker attention to detail was exceptional, especially when viewing the roofs from ground level. The workers used all sorts of tools to cut and bent the roofing material to close the open ends of the standing seams for a smooth finished look. Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd.
