My friends and I did a wine tasting at this beautiful winery. The employees are so wonderful; friendly and really make you feel welcome. We sat out on the patio and had spectacular views and just the best experience. Our friend is a member and we understand why. We tasted: 2024 Grenache Rosé 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, Méthode Béton 2023 Chardonnay, Kite Tail 2023 Pinot Noir, Mariafeld 2022 Henry's Keep, Red Wine The Seasonal Cheese Plate has perfect pairings with the wine. It's now one of my favorite places for tastings. Reservations are needed. Such an amazing wine experience.

Cuvaison has a beautiful experience with incredible wines. You can walk the winery and see the mountains and toward the bay you can see San Francisco past the bay. Its in a beautiful area that is in one of the best winery areas in Napa and near Sonoma as well. Loved the staff and attended and event where we went to the lake. People can sit at the lake and drink their wines!! Fantastic fun!

I am a huge fan of Cuvaison! I really enjoy their wines and their tasting room is gorgeous! It feels like you're miles away, it's modern and airy and you have vineyard views at every angle! I decided to become a member a few years ago after a solo visit. I really like their Sauvignon blanc and their sparkling wine! I love how personalized each visit is...they don't really take walk ins and I love that they add your name to the material at your table. They are always playing some vibey music and it just feels like you're in a living room of a beautiful home! Great location and close to other wineries!

UPDATE REVIEW: I would like to take this time to say thank you to Kelly and Karen for such a great time today. We were very appreciative of the food, service and ambiance after our first visit. Thank you for taking the time to introduce yourselves to us and for our server (forgot his name). He was fabulous and very knowledgeable in the history and background of the wines. Thank you for allowing our animals to join us as well. We enjoyed the wines and bubbly too.

Cuvaison is an elegantly beautiful winery. Family owned and one of the pioneer wineries in the Napa Valley. Their wines are from their Tai estate vineyard in the Los Carneros region - offering cool climate wines. Pinot & Chardonnay are their focus with limited production of sparkling. We had the estate sparkling tasting which was featured around Valentines. Their wine tasting included - Grenache rosé, brute rosé, brute cuvée and Blanc de blancs. We were also offered a Pinot to try. All the wines tasted were fabulous. Delicate, elegant and balanced. It's unusual to go to a tasting and like everything poured . The atmosphere is relaxed, light and airy, with glass walls opening up to the vineyard. Their decor is modern with a color palette that blends with the natural environment that surrounds it. The service was great - we went during the week and very few people were there. This place is special- it's a must visit.

Cuvaison does wine tasting right! I brought three friends new to Cuvaison and they were so impressed by every aspect and detail. Excellent and knowledgeable service by Eric! Cheese pairing and snacks! Personalized tasting menu! And of course the gorgeous wines and stunning view! It was a perfect day!

Our visit was outstanding! Nicasio took great care to answer our questions and he provided background on the winery, the process and each wine we were served. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and the wines we sampled were outstanding ! Each couple bought wines and signed up to be club members. We visited 5 wineries and Cuvaison was in our top two for both wine quality and tasting experience!

It was such an incredibly wonderful experience in a beautiful Carneros location. Although virtually on the border between Napa and Sonoma, it was confirmed to be in Napa. The countryside and views are awesome, especially in the green tones of spring. The buildings are contemporary and beautifully appointed. The atmosphere is relaxed and most enjoyable for a tasting. We were escorted to a table outside, and an umbrella provided sufficient shade. The wine tasting was well curated, and white to red gave a full taste of the breadth of their offerings. Some of the wines are stored in concrete "eggs" as opposed to wood barrels, a novel idea. I particularly enjoyed the whites, especially the variety of Chardonnay that are offered. I ended up getting two bottles of one type. It's crisp and refreshing, even ever so slightly oh the tart side, good for food. Service was exceptional, friendly, and educational. They carefully explain each wine and answer all questions professionally and with some candor. We, four of us, shared a cheese tray, which was a great compliment to the wines. I definitely recommend a stop here. Do make a reservation.

Labs enjoying the view at Cuvaison!

We've been members for many years and always enjoy visiting the beautiful tasting room that has one of the nicest settings in the Napa Valley. All the wines are excellent as Cuvaison excels in both whites and reds. Brian our host was excellent and we look forward to our next visit.

Heard about this place for a long time and didn't realize how close and central is to the other vineyards. The last tasting is at 4pm, something to keep in mind. They have started a late tasting with light bites and festive lights, which I really wanted to try but they were booked out so we settled for a glass of sparkling. The architecture is beautiful, the grounds peaceful. I def will come back for the evening tasting...for sure!

Great wine & service! Everyone who works here is very hospitable and it's one of the oldest wineries in Napa. We look forward to coming back again soon. Sparkling rose was our favorite.

So I called and someone actually answered the phone and made my appointment for me, THANK you! We arrived 15 mins early, so we hung out in the lobby reading all the history, etc. Then Skip took us to the best view overlooking the vineyard for our tasting; see pictures! We sampled almost ALL the reds! All of which were good. See pictures. I like the fact that we did side by side tastings of many of his wines. My favorites were the 2022 Primitivo and 2021 Malbec, which we bought a few bottles of. Ambiance - Secluded private winery. Close to main Downtown Napa, but far enough away for privacy and a feeling of being far away. Appointment only, so very private and customer focused. Typically no more than 3 parties at a time. Today was considered a very busy day as there were 4 parties including us, lol. Gated private estate. 200 acres. Plenty of parking, especially since hosting only 3 guests at a time. Events - See their website. Well behaved dogs are allowed outdoors. Service - Skip is a history buff and we both talked for hours... After leaving, well really the next day (LOL), I realized that our tasting was supposed to be only 60 minutes. I guess because we got along so well, we stayed until closing! And he gave me a glass with a generous splash and let us walk the property alone after they left! So welcoming and trusting. Price - Depends on which tasting and what you buy; see their website for prices. Tastings range from $50 to $100 per person. One free designated driver allowed. Steve absolutely nailed it. He welcomed us warmly, shared thoughtful stories about the wines and the winery, and made the experience feel incredibly personal. The tasting room itself is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem in Napa. We especially loved learning about the wines and the woman winemaker behind Levendi. The tasting was stunning from start to finish. What truly sets Levendi apart, though, is the level of hospitality. Since our visit, I have referred many of my favorite clients to Levendi, and Steve consistently goes above and beyond for them. He bends over backwards to make sure my customers are taken care of, and every single person I've sent has come back raving about their experience. Fun fact: Our host mentioned that their wines are seen on the TV show series "succession" ... We enjoyed our tasting and especially loved the Pinot and Cabernet. Overall, Shady Brook Estate Winery offered a wonderful experience with great wine, a stunning setting, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Napa Valley!

I was really disappointed with the Ultimate Ranch Experience. I booked this experience to celebrate my husband's birthday, and one of the reasons I chose it was because the website advertises that guests can "relax in a private cabana at the Overlook." Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We were seated at a regular table without a view of the Overlook. When I asked if we could move to one of the cabanas, I was told they were reserved for parties larger than 2. However, there was a couple (party of 2) seated in one of the cabanas, so that explanation was inaccurate and left me feeling embarrassed for even asking. Had I known we would not be seated in a cabana as advertised, I would have booked a different experience. The scenery and photo opportunities were a big part of why I chose this package, and because of where we were seated, we weren't able to enjoy that aspect at all. This experience was not cheap, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that what is advertised is what guests actually receive. When people are paying for a specific experience, it's important that the website accurately reflects what is included or clearly states if certain features, such as cabana seating, are not guaranteed. As for the horseback riding tour, I was near the back of the line and could barely hear what the guide was saying. As a result, we missed most of the information shared throughout the ride. It would be helpful if the tour guides periodically stopped to speak to the group or used a system that allows everyone to hear, regardless of where they are in the line, especially when some people may be hard of hearing. This is something that really needs improvement, as the educational aspect of the tour is part of the experience guests are paying for. I would also recommend updating the website so it accurately sets expectations for future guests. I also hope staff provide honest and transparent explanations rather than giving information that is inconsistent with what guests can clearly see.
