Do not do business with this shop under any circumstances…read more Communication is poor at best. Over sell you on parts you don't need. I've been in the automotive world for over 10 years and this is by far the worst shop I have ever worked with. And yes, they're going to reply to this talking about the bill I owe them...and I do. But their collection agency mentality that would rather bully you that work with you does not compel anyone to come to a solution. Sad this is has turned into a battle rather than "how can we work together". It's amazing they're still in business.

I liked that Brad took his time, listened and asked questions, he put effort into understanding what I wanted. That is where all good Custer service starts. The rest followed smoothly. The inspection was thorough, looked at what I wanted to know, cost a reasonable amount, and was done quickly and efficiently . Brad phoned me report, emailed me a report and provided 15 photos of the vehicle that I had not even requested. From my experience this is a place that takes pride in doing a good job.

Brad called me within a couple of hours of dropping off the vehicle to explain I needed a new O2 sensor and gave me the price for the part & labour separately so I could understand the value. What I really appreciated about Brad & Max Performance is they didn't try to up sell me on the phone to get more repairs done that day. He waited until we were face to face and could go over list. The staff is always friendly, prices are completely reasonable, and service was good. A friend that has known them for over 30 years recommended them and I can't say enough good things about my recent experience. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. My car is a 2005 Subaru Outback and feels like a new car again. It's a great feeling having peace of mind that everything was done to perfection and the cost was still reasonable, considering they even went above and beyond.
