Got a short cut and tea tree experience. Stylist did not blow dry my hair before I left, which may be to keep the tea tree feeling, but I would have preferred to leave with dry hair. It shares a wall with a pet grooming business, so you hear dogs barking nonstop. We see Christina every time and absolutely love her! Affordable but quality- my daughter has never gone anywhere else! She was nervous for her first ever haircut last year but Christina showed her such wonderful patience, flexibility and care that now my daughter hops right up in her chair happily without needing me at all! the end result I was happy.....but I wasn't thrilled with her bitching that my hair was "dry". the whole time she cut she was trying to sell me products. then she charged me 5$ more than advertised price. The cut was good, but professional s should not berate the customer. read more

First cut a month ago was great she took her time with my grandson age 11 but today she was in a hurry because she had a lady processing which means more money...and she hurried threw his hair cut even nipping his ear???? Not sure we will go back she should have scheduled us better. I am not liking this hair cut compared to last one. Time to keep checking places out. read more

I had made an appointment for my Son and I. After getting to the counter to give our names , he said there're 2 with that name. But there wasn't a 130 appointment for my Son. I proceeded with my appointment. As was stated in the phone call I wanted an inverted bob. Lady says who did it here last? I said I do not know. Says I have a girl who can do that for you. So the man who took our names directed me to his chair. First words out of his mouth were " I do NOT do SHORT haircuts. I'm like I'm here for an inverted bob. He says" Ohno I can't do that kind of cut . I cannot do ANY short hair cuts. After he stated that I asked if he could do a medium length bob. He says "seriously I cannot do ANY short hair cuts. Mind you this was about 3 inches below my ear. I was like then just thin it and cut off the dead ends. Almost 45 minutes and he said maybe 40 words. My hair looks like it's been barely touched,and I'm not happy at all. I went there expecting to get a full hair cut. I left without those results. Not happy , used to go there every 2-3 months. After waiting 40 minutes for a trim and wanting a moisturizing hair treatment was told I would have to come back for the hair treatment an other day as the stylist didn't have time today, used a spray bottle to wet the ends of my hair and was done trimming and taking off the dead ends in 5 minutes, then took the blow dryer to dry the wet ends for maybe 2 min if that. was then charged full price for shampoo, cut and blow dry. What a waste of my time and money as I will now have to go somewhere else and get my hair redone read more

After a botched home hair cut in ninth grade I came here and had it fixed. They did so well and I liked the atmosphere so much that I've come here ever since. I never leave disappointed and I am a terrible client when it comes to knowing what I want so I love that they put up with me and help me out. Just went to this location, 35 minutes before they closed hoping to get my son's hair cut. I was informed that they weren't doing any more haircuts today because they were closing in half an hour. Nobody was waiting and nobody was getting their haircut. Highly disappointed. read more
