I called and there was not an appointment. The receptionist Mia was so helpful. She asked if she could check with someone and call me back. I was so fortunate to have Sara Starling come in and do my hair. I have had it not done well several times. I was very pleased with the results. Got a great cut and color with getting rid of a little bit of brass, rachel was very nice . They were very nice and professional and very clean. But when it came time to pay. I was very unhappy because, I did expected to pay a little more than usual but 288.00 for color and cut and a toner. Now with 50.00 tip over 300.00 dollars, that is just wrong. This is not nyc it's Lockport!!!! And to make it worse I looked at the prices before I started how did they come up with 288.with out tip. read more

I've been going to Pecoraro for about 13 years now. Jenny has been cutting my hair for most of them. Here's the kicker -- and this tells you how good they are -- I moved from Western NY to Boston, MA 12 years ago. Every time I'm in the area, I try to get an appointment at Pecoraro's. I've tried a zillion different salons in Boston and NOBODY can cut and color like Jen. I would even consider flying her to this state to have her do my hair, and did, in fact, for my wedding. Jen is constantly keeping up on different coloring styling techniques, visiting Sebastian in NYC at least once a year for the latest and greatest. Her techniques never get stale and people ask me all the time (in Boston) where I get my hair done. I'm so lucky to have found Pecoraro's! read more
